Creative Smiles Dental Care

Everyone was so very nice and welcoming. I had made my appointment for a particular problem and was prepared to have to return to have it taken care of because I figured they would need to evaluate it first. While my appointment time would not have taken into consideration the extra time needed, the staff and Dr. Emily cheerfully adjusted to make it possible for everything to be taken care of with just the one visit. Everyone was so professional, courteous and extremely caring. My visit was made very stress free and an excellent experience.

This dentist office is AMAZING. I went 3 years without seeing a dentist and this team has been so helpful - from the front desk staff who remember my name to the dental hygienists who I feel like I've bonded with.

After about 5+ visits in the past 3 months for fillings, crown fittings, and laser teeth cleaning they have never shamed me for not taking care of my teeth like some dentists have in the past. They make me feel welcome and at ease. Their equipment and techniques are extremely up to date.

I absolutely appreciate everyone's commitment to the dental appointments I no longer fear. I definitely recommend them!!! This place is incredible!

Visiting a dentist always presents fear and trepidation for me. However Creative Smile staff always works hard to ease the visit for me. Dr. Finney and her Hygienist are always friendly, mindful of your comfort, and works professionally during their work.

The staff here are just amazing. The patient care staff are very good at what they do. They do not pressure you into getting work done and don't suggest unnecessary work. They also have a great beside manner and are very friendly. Office staff are also great and very friendly. Any issues regarding scheduling or insurance are handled very fast. Thanks Creative Smiles for making dental care enjoyable (yes, I said dental care enjoyable) :-)

I needed emergency dental services. Their website assured me that they provided this service. After filling out all of the information requested on their website, I scheduled an appointment for earliest available due to my emergency. It was for the next day. A couple of hours later, their receptionist called me wanting more information. I happily gave him everything he asked for. He seemed pleased that I had PPO dental insurance. Several minutes later he told me he had to refer me to an oral surgeon. Yep. I needed a simple extraction. And this receptionist diagnosed me over the phone and decided on my best course of treatment. He would not honor the appointment for the dentist to see my tooth. He simply decided, over the phone, both what my issue was and how best to treat it. I went to another dentist the next morning. A full 6 hours earlier than the appointment I made with them. This dentist had my tooth extracted in under an hour. That included x-rays and a comprehensive exam. They have won my business for life. This place however, has won my telling everyone I know about the receptionist who thinks he is a doctor. A clairvoyant doctor who can diagnose over the phone. Shame on you.

Super polite and professional. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Hygienists and Dentists walk you through any questions/concerns you have with judgement free responses. Thanks for a great experience and making going to the dentist a positive experience.

Excellent care. Everyone in this office was kind and professional. I've always experienced a little anxiety when visiting the dentist. However, I can honestly say they made me feel so at ease and well cared for. I highly recommend this office.

A wonderful experience all around! Checking in and out was a breeze. And I was not waiting long at all The staff and hygienist/dentist were super nice. They answered all of my questions and put my mind ease over the issues I had. Highly recommend!

Tabi was great! She makes getting your teeth clean enjoyable and informative. She is very meticulous and as a patient that has had a lot of work done I can appreciate that! Also, the front desk has great energy when you come through the door they make you feel at home. I can tell that this is a great team and hopefully everyone at this office is here for many years to come!
