Wonderful experience. I recently changed dentists due to insurance. This office did an awesome job. They provided a clean environment and wonderful staff. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I was amazed how pro-active they were with protecting my teeth from future problems.

I can not speak highly enough of the quality of care I received at Creative Smiles. The staff was so thorough with my cleaning, dental fillings, and getting me set up with Invisalign. The environment was very warm and comfortable from the waiting room to the time spent in the chair. The staff took the time to explain things and answer any questions or concerns I had. The front desk staff was very diligent with providing me information on my insurance and other details before I even arrived. Dr. Tischbein was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous with all of my care. It made me feel so comfortable to have someone with his demeanor and personality caring for me. I will absolutley recommend this practice to others and will continue to receive care there myself.

I would absolutely not recommend this place! Very unprofessional the whole time Dr. Finney worked (root canal)on my mouth she never explained what she was doing. Instead I heard all about her daughter crying about a cup and the dental assistant preference in wine. I never had problems with my teeth until she took over this office. Now $700, a root canal, and crown later I’m left with a tooth that needs a “retreat” or extraction. Just don’t waste your time find some where else. They just want to bill you and your dental coverage for unnecessary dental care and talk about there weekend.
