All Care Dentistry

I have never been one to enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Pate and his crew definitely make the experience a positive one. He goes the extra mile to make sure you feel good about your smile, and in my cleaning today, Fatima‘s cheer was contagious. She was thorough and went above and beyond to make the process as relaxing and painless as possible. Thanks for your great service!

Similar to most I dislike going to the dentist, but luckily going to Dr. Pate's office was a good experience! As I was walking in he was in the parking lot and greeted me with a nice hello. From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left the staff was super friendly! When I officially met Dr. Pate mentioned seeing me in the parking lot minutes before and officially introduced himself. He has a wonderfully nice personality and makes you feel comfortable and ensures that him and his staff are going to take good care of you and they did just that! From Liz who took me back to get things started, to Dr. Pate himself, to Dawn the hygienist who did an excellent job on my cleaning with little to no pain, and even the receptionists at the front desk, everyone was extremely friendly and just made you feel good about being there. If you're looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Pate and his staff at All Care Dentistry, you can't go wrong!

I wanted to like this office because it was rated well and on my DHMO short list. My husband and I were patients here for three years and had less than adequate care. About a year ago the office lost all of their records and calendar appointments (we were told reluctantly and only after we had to suspiciously recreate all our paperwork , apparently due to a glitch). Not a big deal but made me wonder where the information went and how protected it is/was. I was disappointed that in three years I only had one incomplete set of x-rays done. Staff was generally friendly, but it felt like they were always covering for the dentist, Dr. Pate, who was very rarely available when I visited. I only saw him twice in three years. My cleanings lasted about 20 minutes, and after I switched providers, I realized how much they missed in their lack of care. The straw that finally broke me was last month when I had a scheduled appointment that they called to reschedule 5 times in one week. Every time they'd call and insist I reschedule, they would call again - within the HOUR when I was to be at the office - to say they had to cancel and reschedule once again - always due to something different (an emergency, Dr. Pate is leaving, the hygienist is leaving). I stopped trusting their responses after the first two. Their apologies left a lot to be desired as they made very little effort to accommodate my schedule when I was forced to reschedule... I clearly got the message they didn't care if I patronized them or not. If you're looking for a quick in-and-out every 6 months, give it a try, but I do not trust or recommend their office operations, practice, or attention to detail when it comes to dental care.

This is the best dentist period. When i make an appointment, they are always on time. No long waits. The staff is very friendly and they follow up with you very closely. I have had fillings and root canals done and I am always satisfied with the results. Dr. James is a true master at what he does. He is fast yet a perfectionist who always wants to do things the right way.

I could not be happier with my dentist. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Dr Pate/All Care Dentistry since 2002 and I love them!
I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months and even though I don't like having to have dental work and crowns put on (following root canals) the staff do a wonderful job, stand by their work and make it the best expierence possible.

Janet (office manager and hygenist) is like a friend to everyone. The receptionist, Michelle, is sweet, always helpful and remembers who I am. I've had my teeth cleaned by a couple different hygenists and everyone is cheerful while doing a good job. They obviously love their job. Best part, they are very concious of my time, getting me in and out in the shortest amount of time.

*I've reccomended All Care Dentistry to many of my friends and co-workers. I also sent the Owner/President of my world renowned hotel company to Dr. Pate for an emergency appointment just before he had to catch a business flight to England. The hotel owner said he was treated great, fast and was provided temporary relief that got him through his trip to England and back home the following week where he later had a root canal when he arrived home in Philadelphia.

Got screwed by a different Berry Hill dentist and went looking for another and tried these guys. Was VERY pleased. Dentist had a great "chairside" manner and they did more for less money than the other Berry Hill dentist that screwed me. I haven't been able to sleep for three days but thanks to these guys I'm about to conk out. Highly recommended!!

Most of the staff is not licensed to do the work they do on your teeth. Insurance scam for sure. “NICE” yes they are, legal they are not.

Stephanie should work on her Customer Service Skills with new Potential Patients...whether paying cash or insured.

This is REALLY Janet Rentfro , the last post on review was NOT me. I wanted to clear this up as it was brought to my attention. Dr. Pate and his staff are friendly and qualified.

The dental technician is very efficient and professional.
