If everyone had the experience I had at Dr. Williams, more people would enjoy trips to the dentist. Him and his staff made me feel super comfortable and they were more than accommodating to my needs. Dr. Williams was also excellent in explaining what exactly my issues were and what he recommended the next steps should be.

Dr. Williams is wonderful. The staff here are great. I have been using their service for 2 years, and I have recommended his office to my family and friends. He is very detail oriented and patient. He is available to answer questions and handle my concerns any time I reach out to him. He truly loves what he does and it shows in his work. I have never been dissatisfied with my visit.

Started working at a Contract position a couple of miles from this Thompson Lane. I went for an initial checkup and the receptionist was awkward and a bit amateurish. After seeing a review from another site that stated the patient was suspicious when the Dr. immediately started "pushing" crowns, I became alarmed when this was his initial diagnosis with me, as well.
I went for a second opinion from a highly rated Dentist several miles away, who gave me the same diagnosis, but charged me more for it. And the work he recommended would cost me $1000 more than Dr. Williams.
Armed with a second opinion, I went back to TLFD to have the work done. Dr. Williams is very cordial, and his work was equal to, if not better than any of the 30 dentists I've gone to in my life. My Root Canal was fairly quick and thorough; I've had a few of these and have gotten a sense of when they are trying to cut corners (like having to return because they didn't get all the live root).
It is seven months since the procedure and I'm just as happy with the work as I am with the prices. I have a temporary crown that needs to be replaced, and I just made an appointment with TLFD to have it done.
There are Dentists that have offices that are prettier, and staff members that may be more polished, but the work is good and the prices are palatable. I would recommend recommend this office to anyone but my daughter (who works in a dental office and gets work done for free)!

He can't prescribe pain medicine because of something with accreditation.......He should have told me that before he pulled a tooth out of my mouth....I think that's a character judgement call right there

I don’t normally enjoy going to the dentist, but Thompson lane family dentistry makes me feel at ease each time I went for my visit. I love that they follow covid guidelines to keep everyone safe. Thank you for all you do guys!

Dude is a scam, said I needed a crown on every tooth went for a second opinion and said I needed a couple fillings. He has no hygienist either will just scrape your teeth and call it a cleaning. Go elsewhere!!

My son had all of his dental work done by Williams , over 8,000.00 dollars . All of his crowns have to be re-done , by someone else . That 's another 5,000.00 . Me ? I ended up with dentures . Williams ? He drives a Bentley .

No recomiendo este lugar. Llegue con dolor a causa de una muela del juicio. El dentista solo me limpio la muela y me lastimó tanto que salí con más dolor que cuándo llegue. A demás me prometieron transferirme con un cirujano dental y espere una semana para que al final nunca me llamarán. El dentista poco profesional me limpio la muela y me recetó para el dolor y por 10 minutos que se llevó limpiando la muela me cobró 300 dólares cash.
