I have been going here for over 40 years since I was a little girl and would not dare go anywhere else! Everyone is extremely friendly. I saw Dr. Fletcher for years he is retired and Dr. Holiday stepped in his place and he is absolutely amazing!!! I do not live close to this office but will do the long drive to make sure I get the best care! I highly recommend Dr. Holiday he is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner!

Taylor did a great job cleaning my teeth and was friendly and easy to chat with. Doc Holliday is the best around. If you need a dentist, these are your people!

I recently saw Dr. Ian Mort to have a crown placed on a lower tooth. Leading up to my appointment, I started having some issues with a tooth above the one getting the crown. It got to the point where it was tough to chew on that side. When I saw Dr. Mort, I told him about the new problem and he immediately took a look at it. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect because I was already scheduled for something else. But he said he didn't want me to be in pain. So, he examined the area, took some images, and told me what he thought the problem was. He then took care of it. I now have no more pain in that area, and the crown for my bottom tooth is firmly and comfortably in place. During both processes, the hygienists (Mercedez, Yaz, and Jane) who assisted Dr. Mort at various times were kind, patient, and professional. A few years ago, I also had some work done by the other doctor, H Douglas Holliday, and he also did a great job. Suffice it to say, I highly recommend Brentwood Dental Arts!

The best dental office I have ever been to! I went to college in Birmingham and drove hours for my check ups with them because there just isn't anyone like this team! Dr. Holliday and staff are kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about their work-- so much so, that every time I leave their office, I have complete understanding (with pictures!!) of what is going on and understand why exactly each treatment plan was chosen. They are the kindest bunch and have such a fun time together -- as a patient, I truly feel a part of their family!

I’m a long-time patient here. Yesterday I had an emergency visit. They quickly found room on the schedule for me. Dr. Mort saw me right away, zeroed in on the problem and took care of things immediately. As always, the staff members were welcoming, efficient and sympathetic.

I’ve been going to BDA for a few years now and can attest that Dr. Holliday and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasure. They make something as mundane as routine dental maintenance quick, simple, and a nice experience. The hygienists are all kind and professional and Dr. Holliday has the best “chairside” manor of any dentist I’ve gone to. Whether or not I’m living in the area, BDA will be worth the drive to keep being a patient of theirs!

I saw Dr Mort at Brentwood Dental Arts for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed with the entire staff. I’m the rare senior Nashville native and had been to the same dental office my entire life but they dropped my insurance. BDA takes my insurance, explained everything and the business end could not have been easier. Friendly and efficient. I really liked my new hygienist and Dr Mort. They showed me pictures of areas to watch and explained everything fully. I have total confidence in them and will certainly be recommending them to others. I’ll be going back in 6 months. Wish I could give a 10+.

I’m almost speechless at the level of professionalism and quality of care. Our family had an emergency and Dr. Holliday and his staff worked with us to see us same day and arrange treatment in less than 24 hours. They assisted in referrals and continuity of care. From front staff to assistants to Dr. Holliday I was treated so kindly. HUGE thank you to this team. Truly I am so unbelievably grateful. If you are looking for a dentist go ahead and stop searching. You won’t find anyone better! Ethical and trustworthy. I traveled from Memphis to utilize their services. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

In a time where customer and personalized service seems to be less valued, everyone at BDA knows your name and it still has a small practice feel. My family has trusted them for over 30 years and they do not disappoint!
