I have been going to Brentwood dental arts for years , I have recommended this place to all my family and friends. However the old office staff changed and was replaced by people who 1. Don’t care 2. Very rude
I needed to get some dental work for a while but didn’t. Because I didn’t have insurance. When I finally got insurance I called to schedule my appointments.
I got a deep cleaning in which all charges were explained, how much I would pay and How much would be covered by insurance. When it came time for the dental work though I wasn’t told how much if anything at alli would have to pay . After I was done they charged me $960 , which is okay I knew there would be some type of charge. However I was surprised when I got a bill for almost $3000 later on. When I called the office carin though it Would be appropriate to hang up in my face when I told her my insurance said whatever code she typed in wasn’t even a code and that she needs to send the correct one . I tried emailing them because I was upset with how I was treated by her , however I was ignored so I decided to do this review instead.
I am now being told that The porcelain bridge that they made me which costs almost $3000 isn’t covered by my insurance because my insurance only covers metal however I was never given a price or an option. The only reason I didn’t get is for this long (3 years) is because I was waiting for my insurance, so of course I would have never agreed to that.

They may be nice at first, but don't trust them.
I was a new patient and I'm afraid I've been taken advantage of. Here's where they went wrong:
1. I was told I needed several fillings. I received a second opinion from my previous dentist and he said the areas in question were de-calcified but not in need of immediate filling. (Twelve filling don't just happen to appear after 10 months of not visiting the dentist
