worse place ever don’t go to them they told my dad his insurance would pay and sent us a bill saying they won’t pay
because i can’t reply back to their comment i’ll be adding it to my review: You may be right i’m not a patient at your office and thank god i’m not….but my father is you can email me if you would like to solve this problem or even better reply to wagdi khalil review or the emails you have been ignoring which is one of your patients. You probably won’t because you don’t care about your patients and only care about the money

Over the last (appx) 7 years, I have had a top notch experience with this dental office, as a patient of Dr. Holliday. I remember coming here for the first time, and having an experience of actually *enjoying* going to the dentist, and feeling warm and at ease with the staff. (what a concept!)
During a recent visit, I had an unfortunate miscommunication with a staff member that resulted in a billing issue. After I spoke up about the miscommunication (which was no one's fault- I could have used different language to prevent it, and didn't think to), the situation was promptly remedied with attention, understanding, and care. I feel compelled to write this review after experiencing how I was treated with such patience, respect, and kindness even during a conflict.
It's easy to be warm and kind during quick interactions, but in experiencing the way I was treated recently, I felt like I got to see and experience the deeper values that this practice stands for.
I am very grateful for these folks and I plan to come here for many years to come. This office cares about its relationship with each and every individual patient. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The office staff members were affable and professional. Dr. Holliday was friendly, thorough, and excellent at explaining any issues he noticed; there were also impressive accolades posted, which is always a plus. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist, Dental Arts is for you!

They may be nice at first, but don't trust them.
I was a new patient and I'm afraid I've been taken advantage of. Here's where they went wrong:
1. I was told I needed several fillings. I received a second opinion from my previous dentist and he said the areas in question were de-calcified but not in need of immediate filling. (Twelve filling don't just happen to appear after 10 months of not visiting the dentist.)
2. Dr. Holliday spoke to me in a patronizing manner, making comments about me affording dental care to pay for "a new house, a car, or a new purse" (as he glanced at my Kate Spade bag.) Doctors are to provide medical advice and care, not make remarks about a patient's financial status.
3. When I set up my first appointment and gave my insurance info to the woman on the phone, they did not mention that this provider was not covered under my insurance. Granted, I should have done my homework, but they also should have told me before they started the appointment.
I do not recommend this dentist.
