Barbara at the front desk is great at helping to navigate the financial side of things. Everyone always remembers me by face and treats me so well. They really care and it shows. Missy, my hygienist, is so gentle and quick.

Incompetent staff! Tried to make appointment with Dr.Neil for myself and two daughters, on the phone and wait for appointment, got an appointment then later another women called back told me that the appointment I have is not available and said it will be a while to get three of us in the same day, so why did I was not told from my first call. Keep mentioned that day is flexible I just need to request for my day off, but all of us need to be in the same day. She just struggles and could not get me appointment and keep saying to split the appointments to different days. Too bad a friend referred me to Dr. Neil, but did not have a chance to have treatment from him.

In 2016, I went on the 33rd season of Survivor in Fiji. When I came back, I knew I needed to have some work done and kept looking and looking for a place in town. Nashville is a trendy city as we all know, and everyone finds themselves at an office that is:
A) overpriced and
B) leaves you with an "okay" outcome
When I found Ryan, I was relieved. I moved to Nashville 3 years ago and had been driving back up to Indiana whenever I needed work done on my teeth. Ryan found loose cavities I didn't know were there and found glue residue in my gums (left from previous dentist) that created irritable sensitivity and bleeding. This team did a complete 180 on my mouth after I had been on an island, brushing my teeth with bamboo and salt water. We put two new front teeth in, whitened those puppies up and got my gums back to their healthy status!!!
Hands down the BEST dental office I have ever been to!!! Ryan and his team are so professional, so fun, and put you in the best care possible.
The tribe has spoken! If you go anywhere in Nashville, trust this island girl and go to Tennessee Family Dental. You won't regret it.
