Able to get an emergency dental appointment on the following business day. Friendly, compassionate staff making the appointment. Dr Gill was gentle and clearly explained all of the options for the next course of action. Fallon, the dental hygienist was sweet and patient with all of my questions.

Today I visited the Green Hills office of Tennessee Family Dental for the first time and I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant dental experience in my entire life.
I was greeted immediately by two very friendly and welcoming staff members. I knew it would be a different dental experience when I was asked if I preferred a warm neck wrap or warm blanket while in the chair!
All Covid protocols were being followed.
Hygienist Missy was super. Explaining every step and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that we were in a corner space and I had floor to ceiling windows to gaze through.
I highly recommend this dental practice.

Amazing experience! Dr. Gill was fantastic, very patient and kind...i had a ton of anxiety due to childhood trauma (lol) but Fallon and Dr. Gill listened to my concerns and made sure the process was pain free...i cant believe i just typed that but it is true, a pain free trip to the dentist!!! i feel so blessed to have found these folks!! Miss Teresa was great in explaining all that the insurance would cover and what my costs would be...they worked me in and scheduled my follow-up...actually looking forward to my next visit, thank you to Dr. Brad Gill and the Tennessee Family Dental team, Darren

I was visiting the Lebanon area over the Memorial Day weekend for my niece's wedding when my temporary crown shattered. After calling 8 different dentists (who could not get me until after I would return home to Wyoming), I found Christa at Tennessee Family Dental in Lebanon!!! While she couldn't get me into that office, she was able to get me into see Dr. Gill at the South Nashville office the next day.
The Staff were fabulous to work with, especially since they had to deal with the out-of-state/network insurance plan.
Dr. Gill was ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY AWESOME. They all went above and beyond (on the Friday before a holiday weekend) to make me comfortable, get me through the wedding, and return home without a missing crown! And, the cost was affordable (no heart failure)!
Y'all are so lucky to have access to these fabulous professionals. If I lived in the area, I would definitely have them as my providers.

Had a dental emergency, on the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning. At 1:00 Dr Gill was taking care of me. Oh, did I say I'm a new patient and had never contacted him or the office before? The staff is friendly and welcoming. My old dentist had retired and I had put off finding a new one. I'm very glad Tennessee family dental and Dr Gill were recommended to me.

Missi was my hygienist and she was the sweetest woman I have ever met. I was a little nervous going in because I haven’t been to the dentist in a while but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was truly relieved with her genuine kindness and sweet words! Dr. Gill is a amazing too! They both listened to my concerns, they checked them out and we made plans to fix what was truly bothering me. I cracked a crown over the thanksgiving holiday. No pain but needed to be seen as soon as possible. I was seen first thing Monday morning and quite painlessly got a temporary crown. They have modern equipment and friendly and competent dentists and staff. I really like this practice and recommended it to others.
