My husband got his teeth clean and said his experience was so good! I got a tooth pulled the same day and they did so awesome. Everyone was so nice. They gave me my care instructions and walked me through what they were doing before it was done and made everything a breeze! Next day and I’m not feel any pain, just a little soreness from my cheek swelling! Absolutely cannot thank them enough for getting us in so fast! Can’t wait to get my others done and out of the way. Thanks so much!

All of the staff were kind. Most importantly, the dental assistant that was assigned to me was very patient and kind to me. It truly meant a lot since I was very nervous to be at the appointment to begin with and ashamed of my teeth. She explained everything in full detail to me with no hesitation. I would my definitely recommend!

Been going here for years and have seen 3 different Dentists. Dr. Gordon is definitely my favorite. Front office is very friendly. The office manager Israel is amazing and always addresses any issues and actually listens to you. Not feeling dread going to a dentist visit is something I’ve struggled with and with Abilene Dental Care I don’t have any anxiety going to the dentist anymore!

The whole staff were extremely sweet to me and seemed very knowledgeable. I'm terrified of the dentist and they helped calm my nerves. They offer affordable prices as well. The office was very clean and I saw them all using hygienic practices which put my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist and I don't even like dentists! Lol

Abilene Dental Care provides my son the best dental care. They communicate everything to us and always very knowledgeable to any and all my questions and are also super friendly and personable. This business is highly recommended.

The employees were friendly. As a new patient, The Dr. hardly spent anytime with me to explain why he wanted to extract over 5 of my teeth, as a new patient, I am disappointed with the Service, as I know even a decade tooth can be treated. I over heard him speaking about the extractions to another employee, not even to me.
I went in for a hole in my tooth causing me pain, that wasn't even addressed. It wasn't even on the list to do, I had to remind the staff and that's when she went back for more information . Getting a second opinion. 3 ⭐ for employees only!

There is absolutely no communication within this office every single person will tell you something different. They will wait till you get there for an appointment they called the day before to confirm before telling you they didn't do there part by contacting insurance so you can pay out of pocket and come a different day! Absolutely the worst ran dental office!

It was a pleasant experience , the Clark and staff was very nice and polite very welcoming . But the doctor walk in no greetings , he has to work on that . Acknowledging his patients first before working on them . Very important . But overall I like 👍🏾 it .

Walked in. Filled out initial paper work, easily. Wait time, minimal. Got x-rays by a couple of knowledgeable ladies, and pleasant. Moved to another cubical, where more information taken and procedure explained with all the nuances involved. All very professional and caring.

The staff starting from the reception until the one asking questions inside the exam room were all VERY NICE AND LOVELY, they even gave my son toys after the checkup. So, I called their office days ago to get an appointment for my son, & I told them that he is 2yo and has yellow cavities on his front teeth. They said they can have him look up with their dentist and so we went. I gave a poor review mainly for the dentist Dr. Gordon, because when he checked on my son's teeth, he immediately said after less than 2mins "oh, no cavities" & left the room.. I am puzzled because the reason why we are there is for his front teeth yellow cavities. Seems to me HE IS IN A HURRY. They then want to send us home after being seen for less than 5mins! I then asked Dr. Gordon on our way out, "does he not have cavities on his front teeth?" And he said "oh i did not see it, let me look at it again".. puzzled, we went back to the exam room.. knowing that he is a toddler, ofcourse he's not gonna stay willingly on the dental chair and volutarilly open his mouth, so we held him down so Dr. Gordon can see his front teeth. After looking at them for a minute or two, he then stopped and wants us to go to a pediatric dentist and said "i don't treat kids with his age".. he gave us a referral stating "unable to examine due to age".. I am really angry inside because when I called to do the appointment, NOBODY TOLD ME THAT HE DOES NOT TREAT YOUNGER KIDS. The guy I spoke to on the phone KNEW that my son is 2YRS OLD and have cavities problem. I should have went directly to a pediatric dentist INSTEAD they made me come in there thinking they can help my son and take my money for it! UNBELIEVABLE! Dr. Gordon never even explained anything to me, I had to ASK him to get information. I am a Healthcare professional myself and this experience is just AWEFUL. I will NOT RECOMMEND this DENTIST or CLINIC to anyone especially for kids. I am very disappointed!!
