Instead of using a regular scraper, the dentist used some kind of new tool and it hurt like hell. Did not like it at all (was in pain the entire time) but other than that everything else was fine

Would not get my wisdom teeth pulled here. Staff was rude and tried to rush me out the door as soon as I was in a wheel chair, I said I did not need. Lacked empathy and understanding when I told them my husband was home and heading over here. My husband and I have a baby less than a year so it was best for him to go home. We live less than 20 minutes away and the staff made a huge deal about the fact that he was not suppose to leave. I’m sorry but we don’t have child care and we are not gonna let our infant cry in the car set for what we were told was gonna be an hour procedure. The pervious doctor informed me it would take 1 to 2 hours, if this was untrue or needed to be corrected I should have been informed via an email, phone call or told at the a time estimate is undetermined until the day a certain date when the surgeon can examine the Xray. If this was such a big deal the could have left me in the waiting room better that than hearing rude comments the whole time.
Did not tell me anything after my teeth were pulled. Did not even tell my husband what to expect what he should do. I had to ask if I needed anything before I left. Was handed a plastic bag with instructions and gaze thank god I was coherent and was able to ask.
I also had to be forceful in order to talk to the doctor about what happened during the time I couldn’t recall. Honestly if I didn’t keep pushing I would have never received answers to the questions that would have bothered me during my recovery and would not have know what was done TO MY MOUTH during the procedure . YES I KNOW I couldn’t speak well after but I was coherent enough to under.
Would absolutely avoid this place. I know some people have had great experiences here but I have picked multiple people from getting the teeth pull from other facilities and had great experience with that. I personally have never left a medical facility with such irritation and slight anger. (Side note I know the doctor did a great and the people in the front were super sweet and helpful but nurses lack empathy and communication skills)

In spite of my fear of dentists - they treat you with respect and somehow (even with my fear) get me back in to get everything done that I need (from crowns to deep cleaning)
They are Very patient and caring and I will keep going back!

Worst front office. Called on Monday and got an appointment for Friday only to have my appointment canceled morning off because they didn’t verify my insurance. I have full coverage insurance with ups. Waste of time.
