My daughter had a bad experience at a previous Dentist so we made the change to go here. After her appointment today she let me know she was very comfortable and the lady who worked her up was nice, would let her know what she was going to do rather than just doing it and scaring her, and definitely never wants to go back to the old dentist. They all made my daughter feel comfortable and eased her mind without even knowing.

Everyone here is so kind and pleasant. I always get so nervous at the dentist office, but my cleanings are treated with such care that I am never in any discomfort. Very happy here!

Tristan mentioned everything was good and it did not seem to take a long time. He went straight to work at 2 -10:30 at Pepsi-Cola warehouse...tks for being kind and taking good care of his teeth!

Absolutely horrible staff and dentist. My son has some anxiety from having a tooth knocked out a few years ago. He went in to get a cavity filled and the dentist walked told him to open up for the shot and my son asked for a minute to prepare for it. The dentist said “you have 5 seconds before I walk out” and got up and walked out. They have zero concern for the patients and look at you as a number. The ONLY person in the office who cares and knows anything is the male offices manager. If you want CARE or just to be treated like a human it’s not this place.

Dental service from this office is good. The front desk staff; especially a woman named Diane is rude and unpleasant and honestly does not need to be working the front desk at all. The manager Israel is pleasant and will assist you well.

They didn’t really have a kid friendly office, my 13 month old had his yearly check up there (as you know, 13 month olds don’t wanna sit in an office for too long) I filled out the paper work in 15 minutes, and then we were there for over an hour. My child got very fussy and cranky. No one in the office acknowledged him at all, they seemed very rude. I’ve never experienced that, usually people are very sweet towards my child and don’t just ignore him. They didn’t have any toys or anything for the children in the waiting room, just a little table with a rug.
The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I have to. The actual dentist was nice to my child but that was it. The exam took 2 seconds so I don’t understand why they would make a little baby wait over an hour for that, and then they didn’t really go over anything with me.
Won’t be going back. Just wow 😳 definitely not baby friendly.

I have 2 kids who visited and Abilene Dental Care today and we were pleased with our visit. The dental assistant was so sweet when my son was a little nervous. The orthodontist was so informative and answered all our questions. They all wore masks and were practicing social distance. We will be back again.

From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted promptly and with courtesy my Tech was outstanding knowledgeable and attentive and friendly the Dentist was also a nice man and got right to work and already scheduled for my next appointment, thanks to all the Staff !
