Worst place ever, they call 30 minutes before my kids appointments. That the DR had an emergency. My child has a cavity that they can’t fill and he is in pain. The the nerve to try to tell me to drive all the way to mesquite for a 4 year old who has had nothing to eat or drink.

Brought my daughter in for a first time visit by appointment. The wait time was insanely long, we waited for 1 hour to be exact in order to be taken to the back. Once we arrived at the back we waited a couple more mins. Would not recommend this place due to the wait times and the fact that they rush you out of there.

Bear creak was amazing, I had a minor emergency and needed to be seen ASAP, Lesley and her staff got me an appointment quick, Dr Nikky was very attentive and norma and jessica were quick and efficient, would definitely recommend this place !

Dr. YOON was amazing to my son Ernesto and his assistants Erika and Shirley as well and Mrs. Maria and Lesly very helpfull getting my son as soon as possible to get his work done. We love it 💕

Today My girls had their VERY FIRST appointment ever! The dentist was so attentive and understanding. I absolutely adore the staff here! Maria was so kind in getting my kids pictures taken with the bear & giving them keepsakes with their pictures printed on them. My kids had a blast here! They do a very well job at making sure your kids are comfortable.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, even as an adult, but particularly because of my experience as a child. My experience with BCD changed that because they really took care of me, answered all my questions, and overall just made me feel really comfortable and broke down what my treatment was going to entail. I believe Dr. Nikki Le was my dentist, she was absolutely pleasant and knowledgable and was really patient. I will be returning to this location!
Update: After a few visits over the course of a year, I am almost done with my treatment plan at Bear Creek! I have only had positive experiences here and cannot imagine going to another dentist. I walk out each time feeling better about my teeth and smile. Dr. Nikki Le is truly stellar at her job and genuinely cares about your oral health. I am very appreciative of all her work and the staff at Bear Creek.
