Its fine unless you need to come on a Friday. They do not go by appointment times, been sitting in the extremely crowded waiting room for 45 minutes. Unfortunately this is a recurring issue. The bear suit guy or girl is creepy as well. Update after waiting 2&1/2 hours we just left

Always great service. My 3 boys and I have been going to Bear Creek for 4 years, they are now ages 9,9,7. Great for kids and adults!

Cannot express my disgust with this dentist enough. My daughter had a broken tooth with an exposed root that was causing her pain. Called and made an appointment for same day thinking they were going to help her. They took a million X-Rays and said “oh gee that back tooth is broken”, no kidding that’s why we are here. They then tell me they will not be helping her that day and she has to come back in a week and a half. I’m upset, but I understand. Me and my husband both take the day off work for the next appointment and have my daughter fasting because they say she might get sedated, only to get there and have them say they aren’t doing the treatment! Tell me I have to come back next week! So they made my little girl suffer for over two weeks for nothing. Luckily I was able to find my daughter another dentist that had compassion (Nova Family Dental!) and I reported Bear Creek to my insurance and I’m telling my entire Ft. Worth family what a joke this place is. Please don’t take your kids here!

The dentist Really made sure that my 4 year old son was comfortable during the treatment. He had cavities and I was extremely upset and nervous. The entire staff's us all feel very welcomed and very comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Nikki for all kids.

The front desk lady her name was Monica checked me in. Erica the H/A was very nice and friendly. Dr. Nikky Le was very helpful and explained everything very well. I really liked the office staff too.
