I love coming here with my kids. Everyone is so nice and they make my kids feel comfortable even though he had some teeth pulled they did great. Feel sorry for the ladies that have to sit outside taking temperatures though. Seems a little over the top and a waste of paper for sure.

Amazing staff at Bearcreek on pioneer Arlington!! X-rays by Erica were conducted promptly and Dr Yoo and Cloe did outstanding. Leslie and her team are on point. I would recommend Bearcreek as the place to go!!

The appointment was easy and quick. The kids were playing and having a good time. Knowing my son and speech delayed a bit, I didn't think he would understand. I felt anxious but he literally was good and amazing. A bit hesitant he was but they were patient and understanding with him. I was super shocked with the outcome. I will be getting my daughter a check up as well.

SO CUTE!!! my duaghters first visit (3 years old). she is autistic so i thought she'd freak out, but everyone made her comfortable. the dentist was quick but able to look for my daughters body language and make her comfortable and we worked together.

My kids have gone to Bear Creek since they were young, almost 14 years it has been. They are amazing, very nice atmosphere. They are really kind and let you know they care. Karla, Juana and Jessica from the front desk are really helpful. 10 out of 10 service. I advise you to come here.

I am so glad that I decided to take my kids elsewhere. The dentist said that both my kids had 6 cavities which I thought was weird. So I took them some where else and neither of them have cavities. A complete rip off. The only reason for 2 stars is because he was very nice while lying to my face. Please be aware of unnecessary work being done on your children. Be prepared to wait well over an hour for them to only do exams and no cleaning. You have to reschedule for that.

Dr Troung is very nice and made my kids feel calm and does a great job. Erica is the sweetest and always greets us and chats with us and lets us know of any good specials going on. The office manager was very nice but there’s another lady back there, Hispanic, with tattoos on her neck that seems angry and mean to some of the other employees that work in the front.
