Great customer service the staff is really nice. My kids love coming here.

Everyone is so welcoming in the office, it’s such a warm environment. For me, I need a dentist I can trust, so I won’t be going to any dentist other than Dr. Steven Truong. He’s very caring with his patients and it shows. I’m even bringing my child here and I recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Dr. Truong. You’re doing amazing work!!!

Please find some other dentist. I had to be responsible and write a review about this place. I like the idea of a Saturday appointment so I decided to go here. First they take pictures at your kids and give you some propaganda. There are few patients so they are looking for more. After taking you in they do X-rays and tell you your kids have multiple cavities and that they need to get a lot of work done. I also did my cleaning with them and they told me I had multiple cavities etc. The whole procedure including my kids was about 4,000. I couldn't even see my X-rays or anything. They have a lady who comes in and explain all the money you will pay. I was amazed they extracted a tooth from my daughter and they said they called me to go in with her. And I waited outside to find out that did all the procedure without me.

I went for a second opinion with another doctor just to find out none of the procedures Bear Creek recommended has to be done. Please don't go to this place. This nice reviews you see is because they are asking people to do it for them, like they did with me

Didn't like the customer service or lack of customer service. My child and I waited while no one communicated with us until I said something about rescheduling. Then when a doctor and assistant finally showed up (not her normal doctor) they were rushing to do the exam, which wasn’t even a exam so unprofessional to literally only look at one side with a mirror. I’m here with a military background in dentistry wondering how you can make such diagnoses without a full exam 🙄. Didn’t even do a cleaning for it to a 6month check up. More worried about the fact I have insurance than anything. Will not be returning.

Friendly staff, professional & comfortable procedures. A great place. Its just cold in there!!

I’m giving 3 stars because the dentist they see is great and they do little things like give us key chains with our kids on it and give them a balloon animal after their appointment.. but I’m not giving 5 stars because they will call you at least 5-8 times before the appointment to confirm the appointment and even after you tell them you already confirmed the appointment they say “no you didn’t” which pisses me off! And then they will even go as far as contacting the emergency contact just to verify the appointment after they already confirmed the appointment with mom AND dad.. they’re like telemarketers.. it’s ANNOYING and even after I’ve asked them to stop calling when i already confirmed they still call. Then they call me leaving a voicemail THE DAY OF HIS APPOINTMENT saying one of my sons insurance is inactive and i need to reschedule an appointment when it’s active and this was an already rescheduled appointment. And come to find out i call them back and whoever left the voicemail was WRONG, his insurance was active and he was fine to come to the appointment.

The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Nikky is my new dentist and she is wonderful. I truly recommend her and Natasha and Yailinee. They were with me throughout my entire appointment. Thank you!

Came in to see Dr.Truong with my 3 year old and it was a great experience. His assistants lesly and abril are the best. They kept me engaged in conversation and kept reassuring my son it would be ok while we waited for the dr to come in. The doctor was very gentle and explained to my son what he was doing as he was brushing his teeth. Overall great experience. Definetly would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I had left a review like a year ago, but now it’s gone, so I’m leaving another one. IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID, they will try to tell you that your kid needs like 7 caps. Thank god I went to another dentist for a second opinion because he only needed one cap. DONT LET THEM USE YUR KID AS A CASH COW.

Love Dr. Truong, he's so patient with my daughter when she's nervous. With myself as well.The dental assistant Lesly was also very helpful with keeping me calm.
