I would not recommend, took an hour just to do x-rays on an 8 year old. Another 45 mins just to see the doctor, no one ever came in to just be courteous to say sorry about the wait, the doctor didn't even aplogize for the wait, nor did she introduce herself. Room was not even set up for a new pt exam. I will not be returning.

The worst dentist!!!!!! No question my appointment was set for 9:30am! By 10:50 I still haven’t seen the dentist! Also smells very bad! Will never bring my son here ever again !!

Everyone was GREAT! Ms.Kimmy, Ms.Martha & the young lady that helped me with the finances. My only discomfort is the big sore on the side of my mouth from the stretching to get to my wisdom tooth. I understand why but I jus didn't think it would look this bad!! Other than that everything was good & quick! Definitely going back to get the rest of my work done!

Great place for taking your children even adults… I remember being afraid when I as a child but my kiddos didn’t show that kind of fear at all at Bear Creek they made their visit so comfortable!!!

Everything was great. Upon arrivals I was greeted with a smile. My temp was taken as well as a questionnaire, which is very comforting with the whole pandemic. Everybody was nice the dentist is amazing he explains everything step by step. The wait time is non existent they are quick also gave me the best option for my needs/budget.This establishment is the ideal image of a Family dentist ....never going to another dentist ever lol thanks Juana for all you assistance and making my visit personal and perfect .

First time bringing my son and everyone was so sweet and kind. Erica was at the front door welcoming my son and I in, she was very sweet. The clinic was nicely and kid friendly decorated of Halloween! The clinic not only smelt clean but was actually clean and the restroom was clean as well. They had a nice play area and gaming screens to keep the kids occupied and having fun! All staff including doctors were very welcoming and willing to help! The office manager came in to explain very thouroly the costs and procedures that the doctor recommended for my child, making the decision process easy. Defiantly coming back on regularly! Thank you BEAR CREEK FAMILY DENTISTRY!!
