Dr.S and her team are amazing!! I just recently moved to Austin and had to get some work done on my teeth, and I am so blessed to have found Enamel Dentistry. They have been so kind and professional with everything. The office is also amazing, it feels like you’re in a spa. Highly recommend!!

I had a blast at this place. They literally have kombucha on tap, there are TVs on the ceiling for entertainment and they give you sunglasses to protect your eyes from the bright lights. Everyone was so kind and they have established amazing patient-centered care. Check-in process is very efficient and stream-lined. The front desk staff, assistants/hygienists, and Dr. Akkari made sure I was as comfortable as possible and it honestly felt like I was the only patient there. I actually found myself not wanting to leave because I was learning so much about my teeth and enjoying my conversations with everyone. Highly recommend this place!

Doctor Sejal is the best! I had such a pleasant visit today. They offer kombucha on tap and Nespresso in the lobby, so we were off to a great start. Everyone in the office is super happy and easy to work with. I appreciate the honest assessment - I previously went to another dentist in Austin who told me I needed 6-8 crowns urgently and cost for this would have been several thousand dollars. Dr. Sejal shared that I do have a couple of teeth we need to keep an eye on that would eventually need crowns but recommended that I delay that by wearing a nitegard for now. I will be back again in six months!

I wanna take a point off bc the sky high price for treatment, but I gotta say the examination was great. Customer service, explaining what is going on, what is the problem, how to fix, the cost and everything was clear and amazing. Overall great experience for examination, but need serious money or good insurance to keep coming there

This is unrelated to patient experience: two TV is enough, no need for three. I didn't see the benefit of scan, why does it need to be there. The pictures and x rays were suffice.

This dentist place is the most comfortable I have been in, they have Netflix, kombucha on tap, and latest technology for scanning. The hygienist were professional and made sure I was comfortable and dr. Patel explained my options and what was going on with my teeth. I highly recommend if you want a lounge experience.

I have been a patient of Enamel Dentistry for a couple of years and was always happy with the service. Dr Devish Patel is excellent as always. He is trustful and does a good work. I always like how thy clean my teeth (very thorough). My recent teeth cleaning however was not done properly, I was unhappy. Maybe because they change their procedure having a different assistant completing the cleaning (not sure whether the assistant is new, I have not seen her before). She missed polishing my own tooth. but not the all the crown. The person who did the initial cleaning introduced herself as doctor--------------(did'nt catch her name). I felt she did a thorough scraping on my teeth, I just wish she could have been a little friendly like everybody else at the office.

My experience at Enamel was great! The waiting room was open with comfortable seating, and a mini fridge with drinks and even little bottles of wine (Wine and Whitening with your Appointment written on the label! So clever!).
It was my first visit, so I got my x-rays and 3D imaging done quickly. During the rest of the visit everyone was so kind, checking if I needed a blanket, sunglasses for the overhead lights, and if I was comfortable.
Dr. C came by at the end of my appointment to explain everything and answered all the questions I had.
I've already recommended this location to my friends, and will be back for my next cleaning appointment!

I was really impressed with this office from the time I walked in for my appointment. Everyone I met there was super nice and attentive.
My hygienist, Aubry did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything she was going to be doing. I even watched a little Netflix (t.v. on the ceiling) while getting my teeth done!
Dr. C also came in to chat with me about my x-rays
and to see if I had any other questions or concerns. I feel like everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re at ease while in their care. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Dentistry provided excellent customer service. Aubry (dental hygienist) did an outstanding job exceeding my expectations ! She thoroughly explained all her steps before doing so making sure I was comfortable through the entire process. The financial lady also took the time to offer affordable care by explaining their assistance program for those who don't have insurance. I received a good consultation from Dr. Akkari - She provided meaningful education on my concerns and needs and addressed what brought me in today. I highly recommend this dentistry to others. Thank you for taking care of me.
