Today's visit was seamless. Checking in was very fast three minutes then Paige (I think) came out and introduce ced herself and took me back to the 'Bear'
room, all the rooms are named after forest dwellers
Get it?
Paige explained everything that was going to happen and very efficiently took a bunch of X Rays. Very efficiently and no effort on my part
Next the dental hygienist came in and again very succinctly told me all that was going to happen. Again very professional and caring. After a short while the Doctor came in studied the notes from the two ladies and then did his own examination again very gentle but thorough. Fortunately my teeth were in pretty good shape but he did recommend a follow up visit
scheduling that was a breeze. I had been to Forest a while back and had no challenges and when I came back this time I remembered why
Everyone there is very down to earth and caring for whole being most respectful
Believe it or not
'I am looking forward to my next visit to the Dentist??

My 15 year old son had a new patient consultation today. The office was nice. The treatment rooms were spacious and offered privacy when discussing options. The staff was accommodating and very welcoming. We enjoyed our experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Forest family dentistry!

I never thought I would enjoy the dentist, but FF is an enjoyable experience. Amazing and friendly customer service. Minimal wait time. Thoughtful discussion around treatment plans. I’ve actually decided to continue with FF despite them recently moving OON with my insurance provider. They are the dentist I feel at ease with and trust. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Forest for many yrs. I am still amazed every time I visit at how good they are!! I had many bad experiences w dentists in Texas and NYC before finding Forest. At Forest I feel well taken care of, attended w honesty and respect . Many of the dentists now a days have become like infomercials for stuff we may not need. I have never felt like that at Forest . They are amazing from the front desk to every step of the process. Thanks for such good care !!!!

Never Giveup

It was very lucky to have Anne cleaned my teeth tonight @6:20pm on 12/27/2022. She is the best so far I have so many clean teeth with other clinics. Thank you very much for your hard work!

I've been happy with Forest Family Dentistry North. But this time is a little difference. First, the Dr did the cleanup, not a hygienist. I don't have any problems with this. However, the floss and polish which were done by the assistant were not good. She couldn't recognize my bridge and thus kept pushing the floss in. For regular teeth, she did so gently that I didn't feel them clean. The polishing was not good either; she didn't do it thoroughly. I really felt it after my previous cleanings which had done with hygienists.
I notified the front desk, and they put that in my file so I won't encounter the same in the future. I hope something is done within the office so no one, not just me, will have the same issue.
Another issue is with future cleaning. I had to schedule my next cleaning 8 months out. That is too long to me. Maybe it's time to look for some other place.

I was nervous about finding a local dentist after only seeing my hometown dentist all my life. Forest Family Dentistry made the switch easy! They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and welcoming! Highly recommend. Being able to watch Netflix during my visit is just an added bonus.

I was in need of a dentist to get a filing fixed, and ended up choosing Forest Family Dentistry North based on the good reviews. I haven't been to a dentist in over four years because of a negative experience that I had with my previous dentist. I made an appointment for what I thought would be a routine cleaning and for the filling to be looked at. When I got there and checked in, the hygienist took x-rays and then Dr. Pandya charted my gums. After the charting, Dr. Pandya told me my gums weren't that bad considering it's been a while since I was last seen by a dentist. However, she did tell me I had bone loss, a tooth that "sunk" during the charting (huh?), a filling that was "leaking" (what?), and proceeded to ask me if I thought about veneers or teeth whitening (um, no). When I went to leave, I was given a laundry list of work that needed to be done (to the tune of over $2k out of pocket), scheduled an appointment for fillings (one of the reasons I made the appointment in the first place) and was a little confused that no cleaning was done. I ended up going back in and the receptionist told me that they tried to call me for two days to tell me there wouldn’t be a cleaning. The receptionist called my office number, which was closed for the holidays, and not my cell phone, so I never received the message. I scheduled the cleaning for a different day and left. When I got home, I get a call from the receptionist who told me that I couldn’t have a cleaning or fillings done until I had a deep cleaning. I questioned this and was told she’d call me back. When she called me back we tried to schedule a day that worked for the filling and deep clean and she continues to try and give me times for a date I told her no longer worked. I also asked about the cost of this deep clean and she said it would be two separate appointments at $299 each. Why? Why couldn’t I just get a routine cleaning and my filling done without the need for the deep clean. She proceeded to tell me that I have severe gum disease (what?! mind you, not one mention of this from the dentist) and I told her I wasn’t comfortable making any appointments, and would wait to hear from the dentist via email. I received an email from Dr. Pandya and was not confident in her explanation for the work that needed to be done. I did let her know that the receptionist said I had severe gum disease, and would be seeking a second opinion. This place only cares about money and not quality care. I'm giving three stars because the hygienist was nice and they sent me my x-rays on request, without issue.

P.S. More of my filling fell out since my initial appointment, so time was of the essence. I had my second opinion today, and the dentist was confident that I did not need a deep clean and didn't find any signs of bone loss! I was able to get the routine cleaning done and all fillings fixed (including ones that were about to be a future problem) in the same appointment!

Forest Family Dentistry is simply fantastic in all aspects. They are all friendly, helpful and respectful. They were recommended to me and I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I’ve been going here for years with a good experience. However, now apparently they don’t take my insurance. I’m frustrated because I spent ages filling out forms on their website providing all of my insurance information at their specific request (multiple calls and emails asking for me to fill these out), but apparently no one had the courtesy to actually check whether I’m covered until I arrived at my appointment, which I’ve been waiting for over a month for. It turned out to be a huge waste of my time.
