Dr Rick is amazing !! Took a same day appointment for my visiting 88 year old mom. He fixed her temporary bridge and included that in the exam fee!! So helpful, gentle, reassuring! My mom called him a miracle worker!

Avoid forest dentistry at All COST!
I been coming to forest at round rock for the past 2 years. They have great staff but unfortunately very bad insurance ethics.
I came here 2 years ago, made a night guard. Mine broke and I asked if it's time for a replacement and if it's covered by insurance since it was made 2 years.
They said yes, it's covered by insurance and got it made. 2 weeks later, when I was coming to pick it up, they told me that it was not covered and it's already been made and I have to Pay for the entire amount of the night guard.
Why didn’t forest dentistry inform me that if i waited till September it was covered by insurance? Why did they say it was covered in the first place?
They said it's up to us to know what the benefits and not them.
Good luck forest dentistry and your insurance ethics. This has been brought up to delta dental to remove you as a provider.

I’d hate to call myself a patient, it’s more of a family here. Been with FFD for almost 3 years, following from the original Anderson Ln location to now Research Blvd.
Everyone here is nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. Always provided me and my family with great care!

Just had some amazing cosmetic dental work done by Dr. Rick and I couldn’t be happier. The finished product is amazing!! My jaw dropped, literally, when I looked in the mirror. His attention to detail is above and beyond any other. If you have been debating whether or not getting that “Hollywood” smile is worth the investment or not, your answer is definitely YES with Dr. Rick. It’ll be the best investment you’ve ever made!!

Waited for over an hour to have my crown put back on. (I had an appt!) This visit also wasn't very personable like previous visits. Maybe because once the doctor came in, it was very rushed. I miss the old staff.

Super friendly staff, Dr. Pandya is the best, professional and I’m very impressed with the quality of material they use. I had some crowns, fillings and new night guard, I highly recommend. Unfortunately they’re not attending my Aetna insurance anymore and I will need to find a new place, I received this notification in the middle of my treatment and they guaranteed me that they would honor and finish according to the initial plan, which they did.

Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. I appreciate being able to complete paperwork online before I come in for my appointment. They also send text messages with reminders, etc., which is very helpful to me. I will definitely recommend this office and Dr Pandya.
