I am new to the area, and when I had a sudden gum inflammation problem, I didn't hesitate to call and make an appointment. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I made the right call. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dental assistant, all were great at letting me know exactly what my particular issues were and giving me treatment options.

Incredible staff and doctors. They are very thorough with their cleanings and examinations and clearly explained the next steps of my dental to fix my infected tooth. Going to the dentist can be stressful. I felt very comfortable the moment I walked through the door until I left. Highly recommended!!!

I have been a customer for the last year with this office. Due to COVID restrictions surrounding our lives, I was not able to make a scheduled appointment. I did in fact call to cancel the appointment almost three hours prior. A staff mmeber named Courtney was quick to tell me she would charge me $50.00 more because I cancelled and they had a doctor there for me only. Basically "price gauging me". Courtney also claimed I signed that agreement in the beginning. I went back and reviewed their aggreement that is not written with clarity. Nothing in the agreement talks about charging their clients $50.00 more for a out sourced doctor if you cancel. I did in fact call to cancel. Courtney's tone with me was very unprofessional. I asked if her supervisor could call me back? She claimed she would let the doctor know because he's the owner of this clinic. Courtney also said to me it wasnt his style to call the customer back about a complaint. Now being the doctor is the business owner how odd is that? I've been a paying customer to this clinic and planned on spending allot of money here to get work needed done. I'm in the middle of a root canal process and still have not seen or heard a phone call back. NOT HAPPY, My next call is the Texas Attorney General for depective trade practice, on price gauging customers and performing medical work incomplete.

We started using the Cedar Park Premier dentistry when my son needed an emergency root canal and our regular dentist was going on vacation. Our regular dentist Instructed us to take antibiotics while he was away for 2 weeks! Cedar Park Premier Dentistry had us in as a new patient that day, and they found us an emergency oral surgeon. Since then we have been loyal patients and greatly satisfied with the service that we receive from the staff and Dentist.

I started going to Cedar Park Premier Dentistry when I needed a crown adjustment and the dentist who placed the crown couldn't find time to adjust it. I have going there ever since. My experience has been great. The services are clearly explained, everyone who works there is friendly, and they get you in right away of you need dental work.

First time here, found from google. Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and polite. Hygienist was very detailed in her explanations, and Dr. Williams was very understanding and helpful. Highly recommend for first time patients, especially those with dental anxiety, they did a great job of making me feel comfortable.

I have biiiig anxiety when it comes to go going to the dentist. It’s never been an enjoyable experience for me. The staff at the front desk, Neisha and Cortney were both so precious, welcoming and accommodating!
