Turned out it was just rough and they buffed it out for me at no charge!

Paige, at premier dental, was AMAZING! The last dental office I went to was very rough, so I haven’t gone to the dentist in 3yrs! Paige was gentle & very kind! I will definitely stay with premier dental & I recommend them!

This was one of the best dental experiences ive had, and ive had a lot! Everyone in the office is so nice, and thry even went out of their way to help me when i needed it! Dr. Williams did an amazing job, replacing two lost veneers, was very concerned and took great care of me! Ill be a lifer with them for sure!!!

Cedar Park Premier Dentistry and Dr. Williams did not honor their new patient free cleaning. They claimed I didn't qualify after I was already in the chair because they said my gums weren't healthy enough. I just verified with my dentist in Colorado of 14 years, and they agreed many dental offices use this bait and switch kind of practice. (And my gums were fine a year ago.) It's the dentist's choice to say I don't qualify for a regular cleaning, but they should then discount the new patient visit. Now I know why they say you pay for the x-rays and the exam and the cleaning is "free." With this arrangement, they can just force an upsell to a $750 cleaning. Or in my case, they get the same fee, but without having to do the cleaning (which is the reason I went to the dentist in the first place). If they were really concerned for my dental health, they would have ensured I at least had a regular cleaning by honoring the new patient special.

Great place! Ladies are friendly; they acknowledge you promptly. They make eye contact. They didn't judge me. I love it. Them and Dr. Williams are awesome people. I can't wait to have a new face!!! Love you guys!!
