My partner and I went here for about a year and had a lot of dental work done, including root canals, fillings and an extraction. Almost everything we had done there has had to be corrected by another dentist. We started getting suspicious when we had to have multiple emergency dentist visits (sometimes when we were out of town), even for something as simple as a filling. Additionally, they never sent records to our new dentist despite multiple calls. Wishing we had caught on earlier instead of pouring thousands into bad dental work.

I had a sudden situation whereby an implant broke and the crown loosened and then fell out of my mouth. I called Cedar Park Premiere Dentistry, was asked to come right in and was seen by Dr C immediately. Dr W made himself available for Dr C to consult. This is such a thorough team. I've been a patient there for several years and am still quite pleased about how I and my family can rely on them for the best dental care. Stellar service.

I had my first visit today and was very pleased with the facilities, staff, and doctor. I was in dire need of a cleaning and this was by far the most pleasant and painless cleaning I’ve ever had. The hygienist was thorough and made me feel very at ease as she was doing her cleaning job. Not once did she jab/stab my gums or pull my mouth in ways which it does not wish to stretch. The Dentist, Dr. Williams, was also kind and made me feel at ease with the future course of action needed. He explained everything in detail leaving me with no questions or concerns on what is next. I’d very much highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Great front office staff! 2 reasons I recently left the practice. 1. Called the office a few months ago regarding a tooth ache that had a long history of issues and treatments. It was on a “watch list” for potential problems. All issues in the past had been resolved with a course of antibiotics. Front office staff advised Dr. Williams of my issues. He advised me to rinse the tooth with salt water. So I called again the next day and spoke to Rachael. She was to communicate my continued issues again and was to ask for some antibiotics at my request. There was No follow-up call or response to my request. Forced to see a oral surgeon who identified the infection, ordered antibiotics, extracted the tooth due to failure to resolve the infection and I was prepped for a tooth implant. Needless expense and pain that could have had an early intervention. 2. Dr. Williams does not believe in pain/anxiety management. Very old school. He placed a implant for me last year and never once
asked about pain. Bad experience. I will not return to this practice.

I’m not fond of going to the dentist, but I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had! The staff were very accommodating, the equipment state-of-art, and Dr.Williamson was knowledgeable and down-to-earth. I would definitely recommend them!
