Took my tweens here for the first time. Everyone was wonderful. They take Covid safety seriously- temp checks, wait in car and cleaned everything. Doctor was kind and answered all our questions.

I had my first visit yesterday, which was lovely In every way. It started even before the actual visit when the staff was very willing to work with my insurance, as they were not in my network, and arranged it so I would not have to pay anything out of pocket.
The staff, from the receptionist Courtney to Neisha, who took care of my insurance issues so well, all the way to Dr. Helmick were friendly, caring, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Parvis, the Hygenist, took time to explain what he was doing and how I could take better care of my teeth and was gentle and efficient with the cleaning. The dental assistant, Vikki, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Helmick was personable, has a great sense of humor and spent a long time with me educating me about the care of my teeth and was thorough In her examination.
In general, it was the best experience I had had at a dentist. Clean and airy office, caring and knowledgeable staff, focused on being a service versus a sales office that pushes procedures and products on you. I wish I had found them earlier.
I will be happy to go back for my next cleaning. I left with a smile in my face. Thank you!

UPDATED: Dr. Williams and his staff expertly calmed my dental anxiety and, using next-level technology, addressed my dental needs WITHIN each visit! 🤩 Gone are the days of chokingly gloopy dental impressions, painful two-week waiting periods between crowns, and billing stress! Using the latest technology available, Dr. Williams’ team took a 3D scan of my mouth, printed/milled a porcelain crown, IMPROVED THE FIT (!?!?!?!!?!), and installed it within a few hours!!!! 😱🙌🏻 I have been to Premier 4 times - for preventative and emergent dental care and each time he and his staff have bent over backwards and gone the extra mile to get my mouth sorted! (I had 2 dental emergencies back to back right before both starting a new job and traveling to the UK - and he not only addressed them in record time, he also noted that a mouth guard would help prevent future damage since I apparently clench my teeth whilst sleeping! 😬). Additionally, his billing staff sorted my insurance at warp speed!!! 🚀🛸 I’m so grateful to have gone to see Dr. Williams and his endearingly cheery, quirky staff! 🥰 They are AWESOME!!! Highly recommended!!
