I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years due to financial reasons, so I was super anxious to go. I was very relieved when I was greeted by a friendly and warm receptionist and had the best dental cleaning ever. They were super gentle and very informative about everything they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable and would check in regularly during the cleaning to make sure I was okay. It was overall a great experience and I’m happy to say that I’m no longer afraid of the dentist!

In a hunt for affordable quality in dental care i came across Whitestone Family Dentistry on Google search for affordable dentist in Austin.
What i like:
My call was answered right away and after the detailed explanation of my financing options i decided to start with a basic evaluation of my problem. I was offered an appointment within 2 hours to fit in my schedule. I received the link to an online intake form which was easy to fill on my phone.
The entire visit took about 30 min. I was offered a few financing options, which seems to address the strain from different angles.
What i didnt like:
Although very detailed and longer lasting solution was offered, it wasn’t what i was hoping to get done. Which leads me to seek a second opinion. Sure thing, i am not a dentist, but i had enough dental problems to know that often there are more practical solutions which can be sacrificed for a better profit over the patient packet.
Still, overall, the price was in a mid range for the offered solution with helpful financial arrangements.

I went in for an appointment today and the staff was wonderful! They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. A good dentist can be hard to find but Dr. Hsu is the best. He is professional, gentle, and I know my teeth are in great hands when I go into that office. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing dentist!

Awesome Family Dentist! I have had great experiences here with my whole family. I even got my best friend who hadn’t been to the dentist in decades and was super petrified to go and he wishes he did it sooner. They really care about their patients and it shows. The cleanings are thorough and effective and they explain everything very well.

Staff was very professional and friendly! Since I had a pretty bad experience with my last dentist, my husband was able to schedule an appointment at the same time as mine which helped so much! They listened to me as I explained my concerns, and doctor was very thorough about explaining what I needed based on my exam and x-rays. I know we will be well taken care of here.
