I booked an appointment based off an advertisement and I’m so glad it arrived at the right time. I got an appointment ASAP. The entire staff is so kind and ready to help. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. No critiques to give. I cannot adequately express my gratitude and appreciation for such a wonderful dental experience! I do not like going to the dentist. I feel like I’ve let every dentist down by not taking care of my teeth but there was nothing uncomfortable about my visits here. I had a comprehensive exam last week. Came in today to get two root canals and two crowns. Needless to say it was a long appointment. On my way in I had to take my cat to the vet whom was in a bad place . I will say this is the most caring and professional experience I have ever had at a dentist . I was super comfortable. They know what they are doing . They would stop and make sure I was comfortable if needed . I walked a way with a great smile. During the experience, the vet called and my cat died. They were very loving and caring. And it helped me get through knowing they cared. Dr.Hsu is extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring . I felt so comfortable having him work on my teeth . Cynthia is just a doll. She is his dental assistant. I must say, she is great ! Amber, the administrator will help you with any questions and is on top of her game. This is my dentist family. It feels great to finally have one .

I bought all three of my kids in to this practice as first time patients. To top it off I asked their grandmother to take them. No small task! My family was greeted with warm smiles and the kids absolutely loved everyone in this practice. We are so grateful to have found this practice and will be patients for life!

Dr HSU's office is the only doctor I visit, where it seems like I'm getting to spend much needed time with my younger sister and nieces. Whitestone Family Dentistry was a great new place to go. I felt very welcomed and cared for by the staff and Dr. Hsu. I was a new patient and they gave me the best welcome pack I've ever gotten from a dentist. That made me feel special and like they really appreciated my business. I had a filling and Dr. Hsu was really good at getting that taken care of pain free. I would highly recommend this dentist and glad he has joined out community.
