Ideal Dental was a life saver when I broke my front tooth today!! They got me in at the very last minute and I'm sure stayed late! The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and helpful! Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable since I was very nervous! Shout out to Dr. Fonville, Bridgette and Micheal Angelo for taking such good care of me :)

I had been searching for a dentist for a while now, I did not have the money fit the procedure and it seemed that everywhere I went it was a higher payment plan or deposit to begin... I went months with the pain until I could not take it any more I searched for a dentist that did payment plans and ideal popped up called them and had an appointment for the next day came in was glad with the payment plan and the procedure was done the same day within the hour I was seen. .. Happy client and awesome funny doc n I hate dentists but he kept the atmosphere at ease :)

Wonderful experience! Great customer service! Yesterday was my first visit to Ideal Dental, and I was more than pleased with the care I received. The entire staff was welcoming, courteous, and highly professional. Dr. Fonville has an amazing sense of humor, which helped lighten the mood since I required a deep cleaning and a temporary crown. He took his time to carefully explain everything to me, and was very gentle during the procedure. Special thanks to his assistant, Devondric. I highly recommend this team of professionals!

I had an excellent experience here. They worked me in quickly for a broken tooth. I thought the staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Fonville was very pleasant, kind, and thoughtful. I am a 57yo RN. If anything was objectionable, I'd be the first one to say so. These guys get an A+.

My Ideal Dental of Uptown Experience,
I literally called them and booked an appointment hours before they appointment time and they was able to get me in and seen by the dentist. The office was really easy to find and the office staff was AMAZING. There waiting area was nice and they had some mints that I couldn't stop eating lol. But seriously the whole staff was great I didn't have to wait long at all. I dealt with Katrina who was very friendly and nice to me and the office manager as well (Can't remember her name). The hygienist was great as well. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist and I was super nervous but my dentist went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The payment options were flexible. Everything was great and I would recommend this office to anybody, man, woman, child. I found them through my insurance which is Cigna and I just kinda picked them randomly off the list. I really don't even write reviews often but when I do it is because I received IMPECCABLE customer service. Definitely check them out..

I am a student who travels back and forth between Dallas and Lubbock. I had been looking for a dentist that was near where I work (and takes my insurance) in Uptown when I come in from breaks, and Ideal Dental exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely nice from the reception area, and up to the doctors! I am so grateful to have found them online.

I have been using this dentist for a few years now and absolutely love it. They never try and overcharge me for unnecessary treatments like Mint and other dentists in the area.
The COVID-19 procedures in place made me feel safe and the office is always spotless (even before the pandemic).
The workers really care too! Last time I mentioned off hand that I didn’t really care for cherry flavored toothpaste and prefer mint. The dental assistant made a note on my account and to my surprise, during my next appointment they used mint flavored toothpaste automatically. It’s the small gestures like this that will keep me and my family coming back for years to come.
