I don't know enough about the science of dentistry to be able to tell you whether this dentist's work is excellent. But the patient experience was unbelievably good and price-wise it was a good deal. I had my initial visit on a Saturday (broken tooth) and got VIP treatment despite it being a weekend, last-minute thing. The doctor herself called me later to see how my tooth was doing and to make sure I was not in pain or otherwise needed her over the weekend. When I went back for the necessary crown they were just as friendly--with me and with each other. They use a hand-held x-ray machine which was a first for me--and a first for the friends I told about it. So apparently they have cutting-edge equipment. They offer an "insurance" plan that is really just a checkup/cleaning bundle, but it worked for my needs, so check that out. All in all I recommend them highly.

Excellent dental care. Was told by a previous dentist I had cavities, but Ideal Dental said I definitely don’t- takes a good dentist to do that! No scam work here!

First time visiting ideal dental uptown and they made my day! The friendly staff easily help me set up a cleaning for the same day I walked in. I was very impressed! I have had bad experiences in the past with new dentist but I'm excited about future of my smile with ideal dental. Very relax comfortable atmosphere which I appreciate. I would recommend this to anyone searching for a new dentist!

I woke up with excruciating pain and needed to be seen ASAP this office got me in same day and let me just say how amazing everyone was!
Seriously I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to dental work. They made me completely comfortable and even made me laugh. The dentist was great and talked to me to help keep my mind off. Honestly was almost completely pain free experience!

I recently moved to Dallas and started going here. I was nervous about going to the dentist as my previous experiences have not been great. Ideal Dental completely changed how I feel about having to go to the dentist. The front desk staff, hygenists, and Dr. Fonville all did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and welcome . They were able to clearly communicate what dental issues I had and went through my treatment plan. I could not be happier with my experience at ideal dental and highly recommend this location for anyone in the Dallas area.

Very nice and caring staff at this office!! Everyone made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. They were very prompt with getting me in with the dentist, and scheduling future appointments. I will definitely be returning to them for dental work as needed. (The only reason I didn't choose 5 stars is just my own internal hatred for going to the dentist!)

The staff is so nice and so great and, most importantly, extremely knowledgable and professional. Discovered Ideal Dental and Dr Mugianto last year when I needed some quick emergency work done. They were able to accommodate me and not only solved the issue, but made my visit a very pleasant experience. The staff was completely helpful and professional! The have all the latest and most up to date technology. As soon as you walk in you feel comfortable and at ease. My dentist was a pro. He was kind and had a lot of advice to offer. They truly went above and beyond. I will be doing my treatment plan with them as they suggested and I am more than happy to do so. Trust the team.
