This was my first dental visit after 2 yrs. and a previous dentist office I won’t mention. So was a much needed cleaning, check up, and a filling replacement which had fallen out over a year ago for the 2ND time! All went well…as not too long in the waiting room, to an informative technician explaining details of xray procedure, meeting the dentist who explained details pertaining to my X-rays, into the care of a light handed hygienist. Then finally back with the expertise of a very detailed dentist who explained my options and proceeded with my choice of a new filling. Everything ended with a clean and very happy mouthful of teeth!

Dr.Mugianto is by far best dentist I’ve gone to and only dentist I trust with my teeth. Trish is extremely gentle when doing my cleaning, super informative in explaining at oral care. Staff overall is welcoming and friendly!

Happy for the services! Able to use my warranty for my crowns. Your team and Dr. Fonville are amazing! I moved to Fortworth but can't find as good as him. Brittany the new front desk lady is friendly and always happy. Natalie the Dental Assistant is awesome! Shoutout to the the lady in the frontdesk who talked to me about the warranty. She is an angel! This location is absolutely filthy. I have never been to a dental office that felt so unclean and unsanitary. My entire experience was traumatic. I wish I would have walked out, instead I spent the whole time with my skin crawling feeling terribly uncomfortable. There was even a tree growing from the floorboards in the exam room I was in. This place is a public health risk and shouldn't be allowed to operate in the state it is in.
