Dr. Petro is a good dentist, and I would recommend him all other things being held equal. But his office manager is very difficult to deal with. I have experienced scheduling confusion with her twice, and was very argumentative and confrontational when speaking on the phone to try and resolve the issue. The second time, which just happened, I told her to forget it. I was tired of arguing with her and I will find another dentist. It's a shame a good doctor has to lose patients because of his staff.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Petro for around two years now and I regularly refer friends and family to do the same. He is perhaps the most prompt doctor I have ever seen, without exception. He is thorough, honest, and he doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures or costs. I am someone who dreads going to the dentist, but I never miss appointments with Dr. Petro.

I was referred by a coworker because I needed a new dentist when I switched over insurance plans/moved, and it was an awesome experience! I just went back for a second visit to get a filling replaced, and some cosmetic work done on my front teeth. He was very quick and efficient! He is very nice and has a good personality. The other staff are very nice and warm as well. I'm glad I found a new dentist on the first try! Highly recommend him!

they gave me the most thorough cleaning i have ever had. Dr. Petro was very honest, and never pushed me to get anything i didn’t absolutely need. some dentists want to get every penny out of you- not this dentist!! my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot with this dentist.

Dr. Petro is the best! I used to be apprehensive about going to the dentist, but not anymore. Dr. Petro is extremely thorough, prompt, and attentive. He also does not recommend unnecessary procedures. I can't speak highly enough.
