They sent me paperwork to complete on line. It was addressed to someone else. Then when I tried to logon it would not allow me because I didn’t have the personal information for that person’s profile. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested to complete paperwork and finished before my appointment time. I waited over an hour then started talking to another person in the wait room. She had been there waiting to be seen for 2 hours and 10 minutes. I just decided to leave without being seen. I don’t expect to spend an entire day in a dentist office. This is nothing but a waste of time and my day.

Dr. Charles is an excellent dentist! I came in needing a crown since I had a root canal done and the process went smoothly. He explained everything in detail and I got my crown back quickly. I was even able to get a custom shade to match my natural tooth color. I highly recommend!

I use to dread coming to the dentist but that all changed once I found Bleu Dentistry. The office is clean, the atmosphere is upbeat and everyone seems to love what they do! I ask a lot of questions and Dr. Allen and Ms. Emily are very thorough and patient, making sure my questions are answered and that I feel comfortable. I am new to Dallas and found this dentist online. I chose them due to their proximity to me and they fact that their site shows they accept all insurances. In fact I called them and they confirmed they do accept my insurance. The gentleman that did my xray was nice and friendly, and he is where their customer service ended. The "dentist" was rude and obnoxious, advising that (when I advised I use a water flosser) that is something only people who don't like to floss use (I am using it at the direction of my previous real dentist and my current dentist that I saw two weeks after this appointment) at the end of my "exam" (no one measured my gums or anything else that I am accustomed to in a real dentist appointment) they quoted me $4371.00 for services I did not need. They advised I had two cavities that needed to be filled (my dentist that I went to two weeks later reviewed the same xrays that were taken at Bleu as well as took additional xrays no cavities were identified, the dentist in fact commented on the health of my enamel and they fact that I am at a low risk for cavities). They also advised I needed two extractions for my wisdom teeth that are just above my gumline. Again I was never told this by my prior dentist and my current dentist (North Dallas Dental Group) advised that I they would keep an eye on one of them but did not think an extraction was needed or recommended at this time. Regarding the amount. 1955.00 of the 4371.00 was for a scaling and root planing. At nearly 500 per quadrant that is far above the standard cost for that procedure (159.00 per quadrant at North Dallas Dental Group). An although they told me that they accept my insurance, they advised me that most of my insurance was used for my first visit and the remainder would have to be paid out of pocket, although they did offer me a discount that would amount to ONLY $1200 out of pocket, for the scaling and roote planing only, not to mention the other "Pressing" concerns they identified. For context, I went to North Dallas Dental Group who did actually take my insurance, my entire out of pocket expense for the scaling and root planing is 185.00 because they actually do take my insurance and were not dishonest thieves.

Everyone was very kind for my initial appointment. I came in around 4pm and they discovered I needed a filling and a deep cleaning, but they were able to do it then and stayed after hours to get it done!
