MINT dentistry

I haven't been to the dentist in years because I had a fear since I was young. I can honestly say that I didn't feel any pain with the staff. I went in with an excruciating toothache and they made me feel so at ease. I read reviews before calling and they were good reviews, but the experience surpassed all that. I will be going back to finish everything that needs to be done.

Patricia really made my experience pleasurable. She took the time to explain to me step by step each process I went thru. She comforted me in not being knowledgeable in a lot of areas with teeth whitening. She really made me feel at home. Thank you Mint

Great professional and friendly customer service from the front desk ladies. The dental assistant and doctor made me feel very comfortable. The procedure went quickly and they did a wonderful job. I am happy and definitely recommend MintDentistry to anyone.

First time here. Needed a deep cleaning and fillings. They did a great job and kept at the pace of my insurance as promised. Service is unmatched. Beats headphones, Netflix, massage chairs heated seats. Just a great place!

2020 Update:
I won't be going back to this office. I went in for my annual cleaning after saving enough to start getting some work I needed done. They told me I needed a crown and I had to do it before year end cut off on 12/16. Cool. I made the appointment 2 days later. I go in prepared for the crown and the exact same Dentist that saw me just days before decided that he wasn't going to do it and referred me to specialist. So I went out of my way to find last minute coverage at work for nothing. All they kept saying was well the Doctor thinks the tooth is split. And I'm saying well didn't he see it was split 2 days ago? It just didn't make sense to me. Not only that they charged my insurance for that visit that they didn't perform any services on. I still haven't received the follow up regarding my bridge that apparently takes 6 weeks to get authorization from my insurance. I noticed that there's only one Dentist in this office now and since then the service hasn't been the same. They also suggested that I take my son to a Specialist on his visit without any real explanation. We've been coming to Mint for about 8 years and I'm highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. So now I have to go through the process of finding another Dentist office that I can trust bc this isn't it anymore.

My son and I have been coming to Mint for at least 4 years. Hes been coming at least since he was 4 or 5. He doesnt have a fear of Dentist. I like having a dentist office that I can bring my son too as well as myself. They've always been comfortable, professional, pleasant and accommodating at both the Cedar Hill and Desoto locations. A minor mixup with my appointment today but it was quickly fixed.

awesome people so kind and welcoming. I absolutely will continue to keep coming back for my oral care. Such a relax environment. Done an amazing job.

I am not new to Mint but today was my very first time at this location (Desoto) and it was the very BEST experience! The customer service from everyone from front desk to assistants and dentist was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely make this location my go to spot.

Today was my first time stepping foot into a new dentist office and it was a great experience! I have been going to the same “hometown” dentist for years upon years now, but I will never look back. As soon as I walked in, there were three bright smiles welcoming me in and asking how my day has been so far; It was so nice to hear that versus immediately asking for my insurance and drivers license. I totally forgot to fill out the paperwork ahead of time, but they had an iPad to fill it out on, which was user friendly. I waited probably 5 minutes before another smile greeted me and took my to do my X-rays. Once we did that, she walked me to my chair and explained the benefits of visiting a Mint Dentistry office and also showed me the fancy chair that had a massager built in and then asked what I wanted to watch on Netflix. By this point, I was absolutely blown away by the first class treatment I was receiving. My hygienist was fast and thorough making sure the clean was every bit of perfect. Once I left, I had a black gift bag with my new tooth brush, floss and my very own whitening trays made from molds of my teeth! I was more than blown away at this point. Never, have I ever, experienced this at a dentist office. Everyone in that office was in the best of mood and showed no pain from the constant smiles. I will most definitely be back and I will make sure to tell all my family and friends. So long hometown dentist, hello Mint!

I was very hesitant about going to the dentist due to several unpleasant visits in the past.
I must admit that i totally enjoyed my visit to Mint dentistry. Tiffany my hygienist exceeded my expectations! She was kind, sweet amazing. She looked like she really loved her job.
I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
