I came in with braces from previous orthodontists that did not take my treatment regarding my teeth seriously, until finding out about Desoto Family Dentistry. Everybody here is so pleasant and truly cares about your teeth, they made my braces process fast and efficient although I came in with traditional braces. Now my teeth are perfect so, Go here!

First impressions mean a lot to me and from reading reviews prior to picking this office seemed right. Dr. Praveen Kottackal- Varkey's office gave off a cozy and intimate feeling. I was experiencing extreme pain from a filling I received from my previous dentist and no longer wanted to be a patient of there’s. I found them, called and set up an appointment right away. Dr. Praveen Kottackal- Varkey's Was able to almost immediately diagnose the issue. He explained to me in great detail what steps would be taken next and his staff set me up right away. The day of the procedure I was SUPER NERVOUS. The most I’ve had done was wisdom teeth extractions when I was a young teen. His assistant was AMAZING with trying to keep me calm iall the while taking me step by step. Dr Praveen Kottackal- Varkey came in and was so nice and gentle (as much as possible) with my procedure. He talked as he worked to let me know what he was doing. He seems well experienced and educated. This will hands down be my primary dentist going forward.

Dr. V and his staff are so personable, kind and their amazing work ethics is one of the best that I’ve experienced in health services. After my initial visit, Dr. V recommended braces for me. He was very thorough with his examination and reasoning. After a quick 9 months, my braces journey is over. I couldn’t have done it without Dr. V and his staff being so kind and caring throughout the process.
