I’m a anxious person who gets extra nervous and squeamish when it comes to medical stuff. My idea of a dentist was largely influenced by a scene from “Little Shop of Horrors”. So when my tooth pain was threatening my ability to function, I looked up local docs who could help with dental anxiety and found Agave.
I called the emergency number on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised (and relieved!) to get an answer and appointment for the next day.
The office is incredibly clean and everyone is so kind and friendly. I met with Dr. Havig and his assistants who were all nice, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything I needed. They calmed me down (a ton!) and I was able to get relief. I highly recommend this office for dental needs. I know I will be back.
PS: The chairs are super comfortable (they are massage chairs) and you can watch TV while you get work done. The large windows also face out into the beautiful northeast El Paso mountains, giving some extra zen to the experience.

I like the app the dentistry is currently using which helps out a lot with appointments, updating information and anything else that needs attention. Last week my wife had an implant at Agave Dental Clinic. Almost a year after I started, I was able to finish the implant. At first I thought the cost of implants at Agave Dental Clinic was expensive, but Agave Dental recommended that you get a 20% discount if you subscribe to the Agave membership plan, so I decided to do it. However, the Agave membership plan didn't help much. Even if I tried to cancel after one year of joining the membership, they said that the cancellation was done by another department and did not even connect me to the cancel department. However, the thing that annoyed me the most was that Agave did not keep the promised amount and charged an additional cost for an unnecessary test, and also charged for a deep cleansing treatment that I did not receive. She(Bobby) told me to just pay the money. Who wants to get a deep cleansing while doing an implant?
I don't want to go to Agave again for the front desk unkindness and lies. Just thinking about it makes me angry even now.
I would never recommend Agave Dental to anyone.
It's not a language barrier communication problem.
It's a problem of your services.

Awesome office! Quick, efficient, friendly service.New to El Paso and I had a crown fall off and I was able to get an appointment immediately as a New patient! Office was modern and clean! Definitely will be a returning patient! Highly recommend Agave if you are in need of a dentist!

My husband was the one who had services rendered by this dental business and he is one who is hard to please but not this time. We have been here 2x including today's visit. He is very pleased with the manner that he is treated. They explain procedures to him beforehand. Up to now they are very gentle in their handling. Personnel is very gracious. Office is very clean and they do take your temperature.

Dr. Alex Havig is excelente. He was extremely polite and kind with both our girls. We have been apart of Agave Dental for about 2 years now and Dr. Williams is incredible. Dr. Havig has been a great addition. Sincerely, the best and most efficient dentist office we have ever been too. They will certainly continue to be our dentists home.
