I had the great opportunity to work with Juan and Dr Cole. Both were very thorough and attentive. Even though the AC wasn’t working well they were very cheerful and obviously enjoyed their line of work. It was an absolute pleasure seeing them today.

Bobbie at the front desk informed me that even though I was a day early, they would try to fit me in. Of course they did!

First visit as a new patient was awesome. All of the staff I encountered from scheduling my appointment over the phone to my in person visit were so nice. You can tell that they value their employees there because they all seem very happy to be there. Could not recommend a better place.

My hygienist Lulu is the reason I followed to Agave. It's very difficult to find someone who truly cares and holds your hand every step of the way for loving our teeth and we'll being. Ladies up front can have a little more smiles, joy, and extended customer service. No one ever knows what each if us are walking in with so excellent customer service is a plus to one's day! Billing dept can use a little more training and customer service as well. I was a bit upset at how I had to leave the office. So let's see...

This office stands out once you walk in from the clean and gorgeous lobby to the friendly staff. I don't even get a chance to get comfortable in the lobby cause they see that quick. It's never awkward with and staff. Very talkative staff and the Dr are quick and thorough. I high recommend. I already have parents and grandma as clients. They are very picky and have found this office to be affordable and to their high standards.

Every time I have ever had an appointment everyone is so friendly and punctual. The hygienist are great, the facility is clean and very updated. The massage chairs during your cleaning are a nice added bonus. Dr. Williams is very personable and really cares about his patients . I would not choose any other dentist in the El Paso area. Overall I am very pleased with the service and care that Agave dental provides.

I am really pleased Agave is doing Saturday appointments as I work M-F. The doctors and staff are very friendly and I've been more happy with them than any of the other dentists offices I've had over the years.
