Horrible experience . I felt I was not diagnosed right. Too many appt with no results. Went to see another dentist and he has to send me and will send me to a specialist.

Be going for years and have noticed that if its slow and your appointment is in the afternoon they try to reschedule. Got my reminder of appointment at 1:15 and a call to reschedule at 2pm. After explaining I left work early and pulled my kids from school they said if I could head over they would be able to see us. Once we get there it was obvious they was just waiting on us to close. Not the first time we've been asked to reschedule our afternoon appointments.

The experience i had here was incredible. The staff was very nice. My hygienist was really sweet and make every part of my visit feel comfortable in every way. The doctor was very nice and comforting. I highly recommend this dentist office. I am very happy with the decision of going here!!!

Appointments never start on time, making me wait time as long as 30 minutes with no apology or explanation. Assistants are not friendly. I see a different dentist every time I go. The only thing I like is the proximity to my house. Would not recommend.
They lost my business today after making me wait over an hour to get an impression for a night guard. After waiting for an hour they actually asked if I wanted the impression done today, as if I'm going to come back and wait another hour to see a dentist for 2 minutes. Also, I'm nearly 9 months pregnant.

Awesome experience! I'm always a little nervous going to the dentist but Crystal put my mind at ease. She was gentle and caring and explained everything prior to actually doing it! Made going to the dentist not so nervewracking.

Amazing experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. Nicolas did an awesome job creating a pleasant experience with cleaning. Dr. Garcia was informative. The xray tech was superb and engaging. Front desk staff was efficient. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.

I been coming here for over a few years now...unfortunately today was the exception....may be you guys are busy or whatever happened! but costumer services should be a priority if you have someone that is been waiting for over 40 minutes you need to reach out and yes as mentioned in some other comments waiting area was full to many people... Please have you staff retrain in costumer service. I hope you are able to accept constructive feedback.

At Family Greene Dental the staff is always very friendly and professional . Michelle is amazing she always does a great job making sure I’m comfortable and takes her time when answering my questions with my invisiline treatment . I would recommend this dental office to my friends and family .
