Keep Smilin' Family Dental

My first visit here and I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff!!! I had to bring my 4 month old son with me because I couldn't find a sitter and they graciously helped me while I was getting my teeth cleaned!! So thankful!! Loved everyone who cleaned my teeth today as well!! Very thorough in explaining what they were doing and helped me to understand what I can do better :) thank you all for an amazing experience!!! Looking forward to my next visit!

I've had a problem tooth since I moved here from the Houston area. I had their dentist look at it and I was waiting for an up-sale! The doctor took care of my tooth and to my surprise it didn't cost me a fortune! Great staff and doctor. I will be telling my employees about my experience.

Horrible service!!!Always waiting for at least an hour! I went to get my root canal done and fillings there and regretted it. I am still in pain after month of going back and forth trying to make them fix their mistakes. Doctors don't even introduce themselves so I didn't even know who was working on my teeth. I know there are three different doctors, but I don't know which one is which. My fillings are sensitive so I can't even drink cold or hot liquids. I am at the point that I want to go to a different doctor but I would have to pay out of my pocket for services. Keep Smiling Family Dental now decided that I need to see specialist, such a "nice" way to excuse bad work!

Horrible customer service. Came in because I had a horrible pain on my tooth and had to wait 1 before they decided to check me out and they only did some X-rays and told me to come back to see the specialist for wisdom teeth. WAITED FOUR DAYS WITH EXTREME PAIN. Just for them to refer to ANOTHER specialist that’s isn’t with them. Last time I come to this garbage place

First time at the dentist office in awhile. I had a great experience! Staff was very friendly and the dentists were very informative. Will be returning and looking forward to my next visit. 😊

Extremely fast & courteous staff A+ team . Im personally petrified of any dental visit and needing teeth extracted on this occasion I was a nervous mess to say the least . The staff had my comfort and best interest in mind the entire time and frankly made my visit quite pleasant and painless . I literally didn't feel a thing :-)

I loved this dental office! Dr. Garcia was amazing and after my dental work checked to see how I was doing. The assistants were fun and amazing especially the one that was always talking about Bigfoot. Lol we had good times in this office and that's rare, I mean, no one says they went to the dentist and it was fun.

My only negative was the female dr they got that put my crown on and the hygienist who uses floss as a weapon. Yes, it's possible and she was rough.

I enjoyed my experience with my new bridge. The dentist and the assistant professional. I was pleased with the whole visit.

I was scheduled for a periodontal maintenance check up, total of three for the year, my insurance did not cover the cost for the third visit. I wasn't told my insurance company would not cover the cost for this procedure until several months later, my check up was in November. The balance was $87.20 after I already paid the $21.80 co-pay so it was a total of $109. Keep Smilin Family Dental seems to be, at best, not be very good at making sure your insurance will cover your procedure, or, at worst, they just don't care; so be prepared to pay out of pocket for check ups your insurance company might not cover. I, unfortunately, will never go back to Keep Smilin Family Dental because I can't trust them to schedule me check ups that my insurance company will cover. It's such a shame because I really liked Keep Smilin Family Dental.
