My kids and i are extremely happy patients of Texas Kids Dental!
Our last dentist had absolutely no manners, he was rough with my kids which made them fear going to the dentist. As soon as i switched to Texas Kids Dental my kids and i saw the difference in patient care right away. One of the dentists noticed how scared my oldest one and he conforted her and made her feel safe, and he explained everything he was doing which was great! Now my kids love going to the dentist. The staff is always super friendly and for the amount of kids they see in a day the facility is always clean and the wait time is always minimum. Which even if they did take a long time we would never notice because they have tons of games and activities for all ages. They even give you ice cream and water while you wait. I think the worst thing about this place is having to drag my kids out to go back home, that's how much they love coming here.

Greatest dental place I took my kids. From the moment we stepped in we felt very welcomed. The staff was amazing, everybody was so nice. The dentist did a great job on both my kids, he knew what he was doing and made them feel very comfortable. Not one complaint about this place. They have a big play area so the kids feel comfortable before there treatment. They have a theater, iPads, a playground, arcades, and a carousel. And on top of that they have ice cream....But the best thing I like about this place was the staff and dentist, they explain everything and they know what they are doing. They even let you be with your child from beginning to the end. I highly recommend it to anybody who has kids, you will love it and your kids too.

Appointment was at 2:30, we got her at 2:15 to fill out new patient paperwork, and are now at an hour past the appointment time. I have tried to speak to the staff at the front desk and before I can even ask, "How much longer? Our appointment was at...." I het interrupted and told with attitude "They will be with you shortyly."

The train, carousel and arcade are all awesome until they missed telling me one of my twins had an extra tooth. Not once did they advise me of it causing it to stunt the rupture of her permanent tooth. And maybe needing more treatment because of it. Long treatment. I hope this helps someone... try another dentist. We went to Star kids dental and they have been AMAZING!!

Texas kids dental is the best dentist I have ever been to! Nice and clean right when you walk in, to the back where all assistants are working. My child had a hard time taking x-rays, I wanna thank Julie for helping her get through it!! She made it really entertaining for her made her feel like a Princess and I appreciate that! Overall great customer service!
