I called to make a new patient appointment for my kids and was put on hold for a total of 17 minutes. Every time that the line would ring they would continue with āthe please hold.ā I donāt mind holding but 17 min is way too long just to make an appointment. If service is like that over the phone I donāt even want to imagine what it is like in person.

Wow! My kids loved this location. Very sweet staff, and patient. My son has awful anxiety, the dentist could not have been more patient than he was. The waiting area has rides, arcade, movie theatre, jungle gym and toddler playground. Awesome location! And they accept tricare (in network)!!!

The dentists are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and honest. The staff are all so friendly and helpful! My kids ask to go to the dentist because of this office because it is so much fun with a giant arcade room, movie theater, carousel, train, giant play ground, ice cream, cookies and balloons and more! There are even massage chairs and cameras so I can watch my kids play from my massage chair. š Update: We have since moved far away and miss this office and the dentist's so much!!

Very family friendly environment. Staff really cares for the children they attend to. Our daughter loves coming and seeing all the fun paintings on the wall. Highly recommend!
