The staff here is always so friendly. I get excellent customer service each time. I tried 2 other places before I found this office and I won’t be going anywhere else. I highly recommend!

I use to dread going to the dentist. Since I have been seeing Ambily Mathew DDS, my visits have become easier. She is so patient and kind and she explains my options without pushing a treatment. I highly recommend her.

Been going to Archstone several years now. Staff is always very welcoming & friendly. Dr. Mathew is great. I've had very few dentists over the years & seldom; if ever, did I notice any new dental equipment. Archstone appears willing to spend the $$$ so their staff (& patients) have access to the latest dental technology. Each visit there's something new being used on me.

Dr. Matthew is awesome. She has such a great bedside manner and is able to put children at ease. I also go to her as well and normally have Dental anxiety. Her staff are very personable and remember everyone.

The entire staff is professional and friendly and I trust what they have done for me, and what they will do for me. They are very patient in explaining what needs to be done immediately and what can wait (instead of other dentists which tell you worst-case scenario's and go overboard unnecessarily). I feel like that is a barometer of how truthful they are. This office is great. The staff is so helpful and will answer any question that I have, and I truly appreciate them.

Had an emergency (broken tooth) while visiting DFW area. Staff and doctor provided outstanding care, dental work as a temporary fix, and explained everything to me. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Archstone Dental!

My kids have both gone here for years now and they're always incredibly fast and thorough. The dentist, Ambily, takes her time explaining things in an understandable way and the kids just love the whole experience. They make it fun and kid friendly, always.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Dr. Mathew and her staff are the best! She’s very personable and attentive. The hygienists do a great job and front desk staff is really nice.

I was completely impressed by the level of care at Archstone Dental on Alta Mere today! I found out about the free dental they were offering and was fully prepared for a long day of waiting. To my surprise, they were able to see me from start to finish including filling a cavity in under 30 minutes! The staff was extremely professional and courteous! All dental visits should be this easy!
