So if you're a new patient it's just a little bit of paperwork you have to do. And the waiting room is nice with a window view so you shouldn't have trouble relaxing when you enter. Once you're a frequent customer you'll already see why you want to stay. The dentists over there are nice, funny, and just engage with you throughout your time there. You never really feel alone there and they can definitely take your mind off any big cleanings or surgeries there. I recommend them based off the good work they do, the accurate insite of the information they provide, and the friendliness they give there. They make you feel like a family or even the cousin of the family there.

Dr Brown and his staff are top notch.They take the time to thoroughly brief you on up coming procedures and they also keep you in the loop while treating you. The office has a warm cozy atmosphere and you can even watch a movie or television program during your procedure! Did I mention how nice and courteous the staff members are as well?

I had a 12pm appointment today and was in the chair by 12:03. Everyone here is pleasant and seems happy to be there. Kristy was my hygienist and she is fantastic. I’ve been seeing the same hygienist at another dentist office for the last 12+ years until she retired. I was hesitant about going but Kristy made me feel like she had been cleaning my teeth for the last 12+ years. She truly loves what she does and cares about her patient’s and making them feel comfortable. This will be our family dentist from now on. Highly recommend.
In addition, both of my kids have had their first visit this week at Trinity Oaks Family Dental and the one point that stood out to me the most on each of their visits. Each hygienist to the time to talk to my kids about where they are lacking when brushing their teeth and how they can make improvement to continue to have healthy teeth and gums. As a parent this speaks volumes about the kind of place this is. What a great experience!!

I could not be happier with my visit here. They took care of my problem tooth with so much care and professionalism that I'm just blown away. I also wasn't made to feel pressured into pursuing work I'm not ready for yet (which has happened to me, elsewhere, in the past.)
Never have I ever thought I'd be speaking so highly of having had dental work done: But here I am. This is definitely the place I'll go with from now on.

Dr. Brown and his staff are incredible. Had a appointment scheduled for 2 weeks out but started having some pain issues and they were able to get me on the day of and got everything taken care of. Very kind and professional and brilliant in his field. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but it has always been different since I started going to him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
