I get anxiety when I go to the dentist, but when I came here the staff was super nice! The assistant and dentist were awesome. They made me feel very calm and they were very professional and friendly as well. I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone that needs a dentist! Thank you North Tarrant Dental Care!

This used to be a fantastic place. No longer. The hygenist I used is great but if you need _anything_ else you are hosed. There are no longer 2 brain cells left to rub together to make a third. The receptionist and business office people cant form a single coherent though nor do they know WHAT is going on with insurance and/or billing.

I'd been going to this place for just over a year and that much has changed in that time.

Do avoid this place.

This is regarding myself and my husband Freddie Holly, experience here. We were coming here when we lived in Texas a year ago and always had to deal with the front office and payment issues. We both had insurance and always paid any fees due upfront before leaving. He had braces and I got routine cleanings. Now, our last visit we made sure to speak to the ladies and let them know we are moving OUT of the state of texas and want to close out any fees on our account and to obviously end services for his braces since we won’t be there. Months later, we get bills sent to our email saying we owe them money. BOTH of us had separate bills. So we called and I had to speak to over three different ladies who said they had messed up and it shows that my insurance wasn’t on one of the visits and they were fixing it because they had some changes on their end and it was their mistake. Ok, so my payment was good to go now and I’m cleared according to them. Well guess what, here comes the emails again saying I owe them money. They cannot get their financials in order and I am 100% sure there are MANY others who are dealing with something similar. I need this to be fixed immediately but I never know because each person i’ve dealt with was not doing their job correctly and someone there messes up the accounts. On top of my own account my husband just dealt with the exact same thing. They called and he assured them of the situation which they say they didn’t know he wasn’t going to this dentist anymore when we cleared our account BEFORE moving out of state. Why would you charge someone for braces if they closed the account due to a job relocation???? It’s outrageous, unprofessional, and unethical to continue charging old clients for absolutely no reason but mistakes on their own accounting side. Please to the owner, feel free to contact one of us to fix these problems yet once again that are occurring all over again.

Pretty good service never a long wait ! Although today they said it would cost x amount for a cleaning and in the back they asked if I wanted fluoride I said yes not knowing it would be extra . Maybe I didn’t hear them say that . But overall I’ll continue to go there! Liked the new dentist and hygienist that did my cleaning today

Patient for 5+ years. Fantastic for cleanings and appointment availability. But please BEWARE of any more serious work they may suggest. I had two onlays that left me with pain so they suggested a crown on both teeth. Two crowns later and I was still in pain. Next they suggested and performed a root canal on one of the teeth. After still experiencing pain I was referred to an endodontist. After a 3D scan there it was decided that those two teeth were cracked and at least one should be removed. North Tarrant only offered to discount the cost of the crown for the procedure to remove one of the cracked teeth. All in all I now have a fear of dental work, can only chew on my right side and will eventually have to have tooth removed due to damage sustained from their dentists.

I'm not sure where everything went wrong with the service. My son got his braces on here and everything was going just fine until...THEY SENT THE LAST PORTION OF THE BILL TO THE WRONG NUMBER at Metlife! We only found this out because I CALLED MY INSURANCE TO VERIFY THE FAX # INFO none of the billing ppl worked with my insurance to figure out why they hadn't paid. My portion has been completely paid since last year.I have never dealt with anything like this, this has been ongoing for months now my son was originally supposed to have the braces off on July 2022! So my son is being punished for their negligence! My daughter will NOT BE GETTING HER BRACES HERE! I'm finding a new dentist and Orthodontist! The customer service is horrible, this office is ver poorly ran. Never again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. J, Dr. Appiah and their staff. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable & polite. The Office Manager, Liliana and their dental assistant Agnes are so helpful.

Worst place ever!! First the dentist wanted to do a root canal when I had an active infection. Then I returned for the root canal 2 wks later, but because the appointment wasn't confirmed they ON THEIR OWN canceled my appointment. The appointment wasn't confirmed because they were leaving messages on the WRONG number!!! Don't go here...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

My family and I truly appreciate the dentist and staff at North Tarrant Dental. They have extinguished all fears that my kids once had when visiting the dentist. If you're looking for a good dentist look no further, this dentistry is the best!

I have trusted Dr. Jaetzold and his staff for my dental care for more than 12 years. Best care anywhere. I was assisted today by Ruby, who was very thorough and helpful. Valerie was my hygienist and she was extremely gentle and nice. I met Dr. Appiah for the first time today and I have to say she’s a great addition to North Tarrant Dental Care staff. She answered all my questions and showed genuine interest in my dental health.
