I had a great experience during my first visit at the Renew Family Dentistry. The staffs are very professional, courteous and polite. Monika, the hygienist was absolute gentle, sweet and upfront about everything and made me comfortable. As I continued with my second visit, Dr. Ren impressed me with her professionalism on the work she does. She is very friendly and willing to explain everything before the procedure and even multiple check-ins to make sure I am feeling right after the procedure. She truly care about her patients, taking time to make sure patients understand and feel comfortable with the next steps. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an outstanding family dentistry!

I recently visited Renew Family Dentistry and was blown away by the friendly and professional staff. Dr. Ren was incredibly patient and kind, and took the time to explain every step of the cavity filling procedure. The dental assistant, Bethany and Eunice, were so friendly and helpful, and made the experience truly enjoyable. The front office staff, Elaina and Mike, were also incredibly warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The dental office itself was spotless and comfortable, which really put me at ease. I used to be really nervous about going to the dentist, but Renew Family Dentistry has completely changed my perspective. I now actually look forward to my dental visits! I highly recommend Renew Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.

The staff is amazing and the ease of scheduling/rescheduling appointments on text messages is one of the best features.
The clinic is far from where I live and yet I prefer to stay with this dental care provider for their amazing service.

Renew Family Dentistry’s every staffs are extremely professional and top notch to ensure their patients are well taken care off. From the moment I scheduled the appointment till my scheduled services Dentist and Hygienist were super. Had my first visit recently and the front staff is friendly. Monica, the dental hygienist did a great job and Dr. Ren was nice.

While the visit did take longer than I expected I don’t think I’ve had such a thorough look of my teeth and they have some new technology I had not seen before that allows you to see your teeth in more detail with the digital scanning.

Monica and Dr. Ren explained everything that I was seeing to know what I could do to help my teeth stay healthy.

I hate going to the dentist! I mean, who doesn’t, but if you must go then make sure you go to Renew Family Dentistry. Excellent and friendly staff, all of them… they go the extra steps to make sure you are taken care of in every way, and the Dentist…? Dr. Probst may be a KC Chiefs fan, but that’s the only knock I have on him. He genuinely cares about you and your well being, he is legit excellent at what he does and makes you feel comfortable being there, almost enough to make you look forward to going to the dentist 😁 I highly recommend Renew Family Dentistry.

Love Renew Dentistry! Dr. Probst and staff are all wonderful. Any concerns or questions are their priority. Care and patience abound. Even though I drive a little further than I used to, it is worth it.

My daughter’s baby tooth split in half at school. She told me when she got out that it is bothering her. I immediately called Renew office and they were able to see us that same hour. From the time we left school to having two teeth extracted only took one hour. I love this dental office. I always get prompt service.

Highly recommend Dr.Christopher and Renew Family Dentistry. Entire staff are great and very friendly and caring. Dr.Chris provides best options and only suggests procedures if they are absolutely required. Very knowledgeable and great suggestions and provides best solution. Highly recommend them.

First of all I have never written a 1 star review before this. As I see with every other negative review I'm sure they will have a snarky rebuttal, but instead of responding on here I wish they would pick up their phone and call me. That is my issue- I feel that I was inappropriately billed for a routine checkup that both my husband and I have gotten here for years with the same insurance with no out of pocket expense (the amount was minimal but to me it's the principal). For 5 days I tried to get ahold of the billing department, promised they would call me back that day, and never received a call. I ended up paying the bill so I can be done with this place after lack of communication. As far as the care recieved it was as expected. The dentists have turned over but both the old and the new 2 are good at what they do. The front office and billing department are the reasons I will not return. There are too many other options to not be treated with respect and kindness.
