I was an existing patient of Dr. Krista that transferred over to this practice. I called to ask a question and the front desk called me back with answer within 15 minutes. When I arrived to my appointment I was welcomed with smiles and got tour of facility. This practice has a family feel and I was very comfortable with all the staff. Great to know the small town feel is still around in this growing city!!!

So where to begin. Dr. Duncan is my dentist. Have plenty of dental work to keep him busy bc of my choices. Insurance is always a pain to deal with regardless if it’s medical dental or whatever. Staff is always pleasant to deal with. Staff and Dr. Duncan have always fought with insurance for me. This takes time out of their practice to do such things. I just has a dental emergency or so I think it was being part of my tooth just cracked and fell off eating refried beans. Yeah refried beans you read correctly. Called Dr. Duncan’s office Friday at noon. They got me in immediately. Dr. Duncan and his staff are always fun to be around although that’s not what I am there for. I trust his decisions and he’s not there selling extra unnecessary dental work. As a local Texan would say, they are just good people. I cannot thank Dr. Duncan and his staff enough.
