Cindy has the best 'bedside' manner of any dental tech I have ever had. She is also very knowledgeable and caring and is very funny.

Met Dr. Newman for the first time and altho she tricked me into thinking she was the receptionist, she is still pretty cool. More importantly, in 5 minutes, after examining me, she was able to clearly and concisely explain exactly happens during a dental implant procedure, something her predecessor had failed to do in the time period, a couple years, since he first told me I might be needing implants. So thí gives me a good feeling about Dr. Newman.

I had my 6-month cleaning and checkup with Dee and Dr. Igun. They both did a great job. Dee is a wonderful hygienist, and a real pleasure to talk with. She did an excellent job of charting, cleaning and polishing my teeth. They offered a service I've never heard of before, which is laser treatment of bacteria below the gumline. I had a couple of spots that were inflamed, and Dr. Igun said I could just wait and see if it cleared up, but for a small fee, Dee ran the laser pen (what it looked like to me) under the gums around all of my teeth. Seems like a small price to pay to make sure I keep my mouth as healthy as possible.

This was the worst cleaning I have ever had. I have been here years ago and they were good but this time the cleaning was not. They barely even cleaned my front teeth, and didn’t even bother with the back ones. She didn't floss or brush well. It was the worst, I basically paid $80 for the little bag of toothpaste and toothbrush.

They did a great job. I went in on my first visit and had to have two fillings replaced. The actual replacement took about 20 minutes and was as pain-free as I've eve experienced.

BEWARE of Dr. Igun. I was referred this location because my regular dentist was on vacation. My appointment time was NOON, Monday, Dec 23, 2019. Being in EXCRUCIATING pain I arrived on time only to wait 50 MINUTES to be taken to the exam room. I was introduced to Dr. Igun who said, after looking at my x-ray, I had an infection and needed a root canal. He would give me a referral to an endodontist. I asked Dr. Igun for antibiotics to clear the infection, but he said "NO..... antibiotics would not penetrate the bone. Only a root canal would solve the problem." The infection was SO bad I couldn't close my jaw. I asked for a shot to TEMPORARILY numb the pain, which he did give me. He also wrote a prescription for Tylenol 3 tablets....but NO ANTIBIOTICS!!! Because his explanation "it wouldn't penetrate the bone" didn't sound logical to me, I left that office and went straight to my primary care physician who wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. Seven hours after taking the antibiotics I could close my jaw and the pain was gone. The moral of my story is: Don't always accept everything a "professional" tells you. Question them ....and trust your instincts!!

Friendly hygienists and dentist. Always gives you the most updated technology they have to help keep your gums healthy. They will give you a quote on everything, but keep in mind if the quote is off, you are responsible in paying the unpaid portion. Most of the time, that's the case. I always seem to get a bill in the mail sadly. But other than that, they are friendly and very helpful.

It took me 8 days to get an appointment for an emergency tooth extraction for a broken tooth. When I went in for my appointment, my broken tooth was the last thing on their priority list. After a full evaluation of all my other teeth, Dr. Najjar finally took a look at my broken tooth and declared that it was not savable and needed to be extracted. It took them over an hour to determine what my tongue told me 8 days prior, in about 30 seconds. While I was there, I had asked about extracting my lower wisdom teeth, as well. Imagine my dismay, after suffering for 8 days with a broken tooth, when Dr. Najjar said that she didn't feel like fooling with extracting that tooth and would refer me to a specialist to extract it with my wisdom teeth. I was completely dumbfounded by that response. They did however go over a whole list of other services that they would like to provide me over the next number of months for my dental needs. If you can't do the minimum that I came in for, do you really think I'm going to let you do anything else? If you can't or won't extract a tooth, why make me wait 8 days? Why not just refer me to the specialist immediately? They gave me some painkiller and I have contacted the specialist, where I have an appointment over 2 weeks from now. I'm going to need a buy a bunch of Tylenol, ibuprofen, and a barrel of benzocaine, I guess. Anybody know an out-of-work dentist/oral surgeon with a pair of pliers?
