I'd been a patient here for years, but this most recent experience was pretty awful.
The front office needs to be more conscious of their patients' time and check patient records to ensure proper treatment is scheduled and nobody's time is wasted. From arrival to the time I left was 1.5 hours and all that was done was xrays and a short exam.
Then they decide to send a letter after I told them I wouldn't be returning. Cute.
P.S. The doctor and hygienist are wonderful!

Unacceptable billing practices. I was called and texted multiple times to confirm my appointment and each time I did. When I arrived for my appointment they told me my insurance had not been verified. I was given the option to reschedule or pay out of pocket and get reimbursed after my insurance was verified. Since I was already there and had taken the time off work I decided to pay out of pocket and was assured that a reimbursement would take 2-4 weeks. 6 MONTHS later I AM STILL WAITING for my reimbursement. My insurance has already paid and so have I. At this point, they have been paid twice for one procedure.

What a terrible experience. DONT REFER ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!! Unfortunately inside this office, they told my wife she needed deep cleaning and didn’t care to mention it wouldn’t be covered under our insurance. Next, they never reached out to us about an outstanding bill that our insurance didn’t cover, collection called. I tried to talk to their billing department to get a better understanding and talked to the most unprofessional representative named Deshuana. I tried to keep my cool and she responded defensive as if she was the one who had debt collection call her. This continued on multiple occasion.

Hi My name is Jennifer Willis and I just wanted to say that this was such a wonderful and & pleasant dental visit that I've ever had. The Dentist office is so relaxing and updated with the modern technology equipment that made me feel very comfortable. I've met with Dr. Scott Leune and he was so gental and kind when talking and examining my mouth. Overall my first visit was such a terrific experience that I have recommended my friends to try it out.

Everyone at Lynn Creek Dental are Great. I will never go anywhere else and will let all my family and friends know about them. Wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and tries to work around your schedule. Never gave off that judgemental feeling that some dentist places do especially when you haven't been in around 3 years. Not that I would ever do anything like that...

Since October we decided go get treatment else wear for lack of customer service. Been speaking with manager Makita regarding a refund on over payment till today they dont answer phones and called with diferent phone and put me in hold untill finally i hang up. See attached phone i cal also show how many times i called with no responce.... very unprofecional extreamly disapointed i can not get anyone responsible to assist or guide me to whom i need to speak to that will help. Not answering is no the way to help. She never called back to excuse her self because she has been busy.... I have been waiting patienly since October.

I love the new dentist and new staff better than the last dentist who was not concerned in what the patient wanted but more of what he wanted which I know because he knows best as the dentist but never took into consideration as to what the patient can afford and only stood by that and never discussed any other alternatives.
My only complaint and most important is they do not answer their phones it ALWAYS GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL AND THEY DO NOT RETURN THEIR CALLS AT ALL!
