I always have a great experience when I take my two toddlers to Harlingen Heights dental. Everyone of the staff is amazing and great with children.
Dr. Vargas is also amazing with my children as well he always goes out of his way to greet them and make them feel as comfortable as possible during each visit.
And they have awesome toys that they give away at the end of the visit. My favorite is the alien toyđź‘˝

MY visit today was great. The Hygienist was very kind and gentle since having hypersensitive teeth. The doctor is also pretty cool and most importantly, my appt time was acknowledged and was in and out within the hour.

They made me go to their dentist office to verify my insurance, then they weren't able to find out, so the lady said she would call me back to let me know; she never did, so I had to call them just to hear that they want me to go over there once again to verify my insurance. Really? They think I have time to waste going back and forth just to see if they accept my dental insurance!

Brident always sees their patients at least an hour late even if you check in twenty minutes early and will take walk ins over appointments. Understaffed. I was not seen for three months because their orthodontist quit and they left all their patients with no clue or information. Brackets and wires were broken and worn and I had to wait for months yet I was still being charged. Have to wait at least 6 weeks for a normal braces tightening because they are short staffed. Worst dentistry and orthodontist I have EVER been to. The only reason I have not left is because I completely paid off my braces and do not want to pay all over again at another ortho. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible and front desk lies when they make mistakes. Harlingen, TX.

So had a really bad toothache from a filling that fell out and the nerve was exposed. I waited for SEVERAL weeks because I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. But let me tell you, they made me so comfortable and relaxed before and during my extraction!! I literally only even felt 1 of the injections in my gums and it wasn’t even THAT bad. I will NEVER go to another dentist!!

Every time I have been to Brident, its been a great experience. Not only are the dental professionals nice and open to any questions I may have, but the dental work itself is a quick but thorough process that always shows noticeable improvement from when I first enter.
