My first visit at Brident Dental Grace the office manager was very welcoming and professional. She explained the process and procedures to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. She managed the clients in the office well. It was busy but no one was ignored or put off due to her good people / social/ management skills. She a great representative for the company. I will return.

This place is horrible!!! For 2 weeks Iβve been trying to have them send my medical files to my new dentist and Iβve had to call countless times, but they never send the files, the receptionist is extremely despot, rude and racist to the clients! When calling Iβve waited on hold to speak to the her manager and after waiting for 45 mins they just hang up the phone, then i call back and they dont answer the phone, so I had to call back from my office number to get a response.
Today I went to the office again, and she was supposed to send my files over email, I called her later and she told me: I CAN NOT GIVE YOU YOUR FILES BECAUSE MY MANAGER TOLD ME NOT TO DO IT⦠lady, according to the law I can have access to my medical files. This is all I needed it, why you are so complicated and rude?

Really unprofessional and if you have an appointment, you are going to hace to wait still. I have to look for another dentist. I do not recommend this place. Also, if you speak spanish good luck with them helping and treating you right, they are going to let other people go before you even if you have an appointment.

Scheduled an appointment for July 6th, received a confirmation email that my appointment was for July 6th. June 29th, I receive an email reminder telling me my appointment is for June 30th. I call them to ask why my appointment was rescheduled, they tell me that my appointment wasn't rescheduled and that June 30th is the only day they had me on file being scheduled for. Huge problem because I am not scheduled off work, because I wasn't PLANNING on my appointment being that day. I reschedule it with them for July 6th again since it's the only week I have off. Now today, I get a call from them wanting to reschedule my appointment because the only dentist they have who can accept my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) is only available on Thursdays and Saturdays and they're not going to be there at all during the week I tried to schedule for. July 14th is the earliest availability, once again aimed exclusively for a day that I have to work and won't be able to make the appointment. Had to cancel the appointment and now need to wait even longer trying to find a dentist because I clearly can't count on Brident Dental to even set an appointment and keep it. I have teeth erupting into my gums and shredding the inside of my mouth every time I try to close my mouth, but sure, yes, I can TOTALLY wait weeks upon weeks and reschedule over and over again because of one person who only works two days a week.
