Innovative Dentistry of Fall Creek

This is my very first time here and the experience was awesome from the time I walk in to check in to the time I left. It’s very clean. The doctor took his time and example everything that’s going on. Yes I’ll be back thank you lady’s and gentlemen for the wonderful experience.

Had an amazing experience at Dr. Mafla’s office! Dr. Mafla and his staff are super sweet! They were super patient and explained everything so thoroughly. As they were working on my teeth, they were constantly making sure I wasn’t in any pain & that I was comfortable. Definitely would recommend this office to my family and friends!

I've had my share of Dentists. I met Dr. Mafla when he was at another practice. I can still remember my 1st visit years ago. When he opened his own practice, there wasn't a question if I'd follow him. I'm driving the extra 15 min to see him and am happy to do it. Awesome staff, Great service, and you won't find a better dentist than Dr. Mafla. I'd give more stars if possible.

I never thought I would ever employ the words artist when describing a dentist, however, that is exactly what Dr. Mafla is. He is hands down the best of the best. His technique is unprecedented and by far the best hands in the business. His knowledge base is profound and his sense of humor is icing on the cake. The office is conveniently located and his staff are very welcoming. All in all, a great experience. Go to Innovative Dentistry!

The truth with my story, is simple! I have been a Dental Assistant for the last 9-10 years and was ashamed that I let MY cavities get so big! But with all that Dr. Mafla had worked on today, which was a lot. I had absolutely no pain then or now, 8 hrs later and didn’t even feel the numbing shot that completely made my face impossible to smile or put on lip gloss! 😏 Thanks again Dr. Mafla and Erza with fixing my cavities, but most importantly my insecurities with my smile! 😁

Great staff who were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Innovative Dentistry of Fall Creek was sensitive to my needs and provided trustworthy advice. I highly recommend them!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They’re very neat and organized. I highly recommend this office. My experience here was very comfortable during the process. This office deserves better ratings.

How this place has 4.9 stars is a mystery to me. I would leave 0 if I could. The staff is completely unprofessional via phone and in person. First was the $30 “Covid” fee PER VISIT. They also failed to tell us that when we set our appointment but continued to charge us, as if we have any control over Covid 19. If it’s a ploy to regain loss of business from the initial shut down, taking it out on your patients is the wrong way to handle it. Then, we took our X-rays and wasn’t told until weeks after that we will be charged when we spoke with the insurance and are due X-rays YEARLY. Then weeks after the initial fills and sealant, after taking a second look, there were magically more sealants that needed to be taken care of. This is the shadiest business I’ve ever dealt with. The shut down affected us all financially, but scamming your clients is exactly how Signature Smiles down the beltway got shut down.

Dr. Mafla and his staff are the best! They are kind, courteous and professional. They take their time and make sure you understand everything and that you are completely comfortable. And they play great music! Highly recommended!
