This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. I have been to many dental offices that push unnecessary boutique services with the primary goal of making money. This office does NOT do that. They are focused primarly on patient care. They only recommend what you need but are also prepared to do any dental work necessary to make you happy. The whole office has always gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. I experienced a painful injury a couple of years ago that knocked out two of my teeth & they stepped up immediately to bring me in on short notice completely solve my problem. The office management, quality service, and follow up is perfect in opinion. They also use the latest state of the art dental equipment to make sure patients have a first class, painless, & comfortable experience. I highly recommend West Family Dental for the greatest dental experience ever with a small town charm.

I have been in to see Dr. West a couple of times now. Once for a cleaning, once for a filling. Her whole staff is friendly and personable. I hardly had to wait at all for my appointment, and I have never had a better cleaning, or an easier filling. They so skilled at what they do!!

I was recommended by someone I highly trust to this office for my daughter's dental work (she's 3) so I decided to use them for myself. The office staff and hygienists were great, no problems there. They even have an introductory pricing special. The problem is that Dr. D said I had 7 cavities and my daughter 5. For $3000 worth of dental work, I decided I had better get a 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did. I found a much more conservative dentist that couldn't even find the spots on my teeth that were supposed to be filled! I only had 1 spot to watch which he says is probably some composite underneath a filling. My daughter did have some enamel wear but not enough to have the extensive work done on her I was told she needed. She is going to have 1 spot filled. So we went from 12 cavities to 1 between the 2 of us! I can't believe the difference in dentists. So scary and sad that they would want to put a 3 year old through unnecessary work!
